I would rather eat a wasp than have anything to do with this company. They have made so many egregious errors:- Mistransferred / incorrectly setup 401k and IRA accounts- Spelled my name wrong on multiple official documents- Charged me $180 in fees for no reason- 50 min on phone to perform any basic task- Folks in branch are powerless to help with anything (have to call)Trust me, go to Capital One or virtually any other bank.

Employees refuse to exchange small amounts of money for quarters. This is a basic banking service that should be available to anyone. I recommend going elsewhere with your business

They don't deserve even a star! Customer service is terrible! Called to speak to the BM, and she was very rude and gave me a attitude.
