Closing my account ASAP! Terrible customer service at the front desk, I got caught in a scam and caught it beforehand and spent an entire day going back and forth and waiting on hold on the phone with your worthless customer service department that is only in a rush to get me off the phone. Giving me the run around and being stuck in the doom loop that is their automated assistance system. What a waste of time! I don’t know what company you have answering your phones but it is TRASH. When I finally was put in touch with the right people they reassured me that everything was ok. I deposited a check that ended up being fraudulent and called them before it had been processed to prevent it going in. They allowed the check to go through and then blocked me from accessing my account!! They didn’t tell me they were going to block me. I ended up getting stranded because of it, had no access to my money!! How could you do this to your customers when they are already humiliated by being scammed? This is absolutely AWFUL way to treat your customers. You should be ashamed holding peoples money hostage when times are so desperate and it’s blatantly obvious that this was a scam. Do better! Your tellers could also use some training on how to handle sensitive situations like this instead of shrugging it off and saying things like “I don’t know what to tell you” it is literally your job to be helpful and come up with solutions to help your customers that trust you with their money!!

Thinking about seeking help to obtain an account from this bank and they denied me the information, and the person who helped me speaks Spanish, I do not recommend it

Take walk in if a new customer wants to open an account there should be people available there was 2 lady’s available doing nothing they could have well assisted. I will be choosing another bank

How can a bank not cash a check that has their banks name on it??? I mean what's going on that banks can't do what they suppose to do. I don't have no idea why anyone would want to have business with Citibank. Not only that, but don't even bother getting to see what hours they open because they don't even respect their own hours. It says that they open at 10am on weekends, but they didn't open until 10:20am. I'm so glad I don't have an account with them. Save yourself the trouble of not going if you don't have an account with them to cash any check. Took me hours to just cash a $1036 check.. worst experience ever..

I’ve been waiting for 30 mins in line at Citibank. Lines are long. One teller. One working ATM. Two employees sitting at their desks without any customers. Bank doesn’t open at 10am and sometimes closes at 3:55p/4pm.

I have always had good customer service, The tellers are courteous and professional.the tellers remember me and always ask about my husband that went there before he had trouble walking any distance.

Well they would.not let me do 1114 money orders for my rent and wait for them. I was told I had to call in advance. So I get casher check instead. Understandable they would.be three days to get all of them ready. The staff was great friendly.and was very nice when they told me no. We will try again next time
