  This is, without doubt, the worst bank in the Castro. Zero customer service, and they will keep you waiting. When they are available you probably won’t be greeted or acknowledged.   Horrible service one teller in this big bank with 8 windows yet they only pay one worker and one service rep to help and she won’t help her colleague at the window BANK OF AMERICA is a better option

  I opened an account after just a short wait and had a very charming woman named Jennifer Hilgert! Was in and out of the branch in 30 minutes.
