I had called over a month before the day I desired the limo, the man responded to my email with he red over it and didn't respond, then responded that he booked his last one after my email was in place, after waiting over three weeks for a response back, worse customer service I have received.

Wonderful people, prompt service, nice limos! We've been using their services from San Rafael to SFO or OAK for years and are very happy.

They were great! Super timely and friendly. I received a text as soon as my plane landed to coordinate our pick up. They arrived promptly at both pick-ups. I would definitely use Classic Limo Service again.
