If you’re going to Verizon to buy any new products or receive any promotions I would suggest to go to a corporate store as this store is a authorized retailer and if you need any help from the Verizon 800 number due to your purchases they will not be able to help you because you purchased from a “authorized retailer” instead of a corporate location. Also there are some sketchy things going on at this location- probably because right now the manager is on vacation.

I came in out of the rain wet, disheveled and hoping to find help with my phone cords. I hadn’t been in SF for 17 years and I couldn’t get my music to play while I drove around. ?Lorenz came to my rescue with his calm demeanor and professional service. He found my cords, made sure they fit my devices, and sent me out very happy and satisfied. I was very glad I was a Verizon customer!Thank you again, Lorenz.Mary

Honestly, if you are trying to get a Verizon account, or need to port in from another vendor do not go to this location. After being upsold twice on multiple items, and watching our bill go up hundreds of dollars, we swiped the card and once that payment went through we were like ghosts in that store - no care of what we did or if we were all set because the payment was already made. We were there for 3 hours trying to get a new account started, and the port in of a phone number wasn't even submitted properly. I spent 5 days dealing with the aftermath of that.If you are looking to get actual assistance in starting a new account, or need assistance with an existing account, go anywhere else. You are just a dollar sign here.

Amazing experience! Took a bit longer than I thought due to some issues on my end but the actual process to upgrade my phone was simple and quick. Daniel was super nice, and helped every customer that came into the store. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to do anything with upgrades or having issues with you current devices!
