Can confirm what the other review mentioned regarding the hygiene of this establishment. I contracted a ringworm rash from practicing here. I recently cancelled my membership unfortunately, I am still dealing with the rash & scars to remind me. Do yourself a favor, stay away.

I had an incredible experience at Core Power Yoga! The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, making it a welcoming environment for all skill levels. The variety of classes, from flow to core strength , ensured there was always something for everyone. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I left each session feeling stronger, more centered, and grateful for the transformative power of yoga. Highly recommend Core Power Yoga to anyone looking to deepen their practice or start their yoga journey!

Loved it until I don’t.I’ve been a member of core power for several years now and started with this studio a couple months back. Showed up today to a class 2 minutes late and the MAIN ENTRANCE of the studio is locked. After knocking for a few minutes I went to the glass door and gestured at the instructor, who just shrugged and was like nah. Now Im gonna be charged a late fee and my credit is wasted.Mind you I’ve been to at least 3 other core powers at this point, none of them lock main entrance doors. Ever.

Sold gift card without letting us know that cannot redeem against membership. Waste of $100. And to add to it, the staff was cold and blunt when I expressed my issues. So zero on customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place has very rude male staff. The person I encountered at the reception/help desk was unpleasant. When I asked to use my gift card against my membership, he was very rude in letting me know that I can't. When I was surprised since no one told us that while buying the gift card from the same studio, he shrugged and did not even want to have a conversation. I don't recommend this studio.

I have been attending CorePower Yoga regularly for the past few months and it has been an incredibly positive experience. The instructors are all highly skilled and provide clear and helpful instruction, making it easy for students of all levels to follow along. The studios are always clean and welcoming, and the variety of class offerings means there is always something new to try.One of the things I love most about CorePower Yoga is the sense of community that is fostered in the studios. Everyone is supportive and friendly, and it feels like a safe and welcoming place to practice. The physical benefits of the practice are also undeniable - I have become stronger and more flexible since starting to attend regularly.Overall, I would highly recommend CorePower Yoga to anyone looking to start a yoga practice or to take their existing practice to the next level. It is a great place to find physical and mental balance, and the sense of community makes it all the more enjoyable.

My partner booked a drop in class and was treated rudely by the front desk staff. Demeaned and patronized by a male staff member. Otherwise her experience with the yoga class and instructor was excellent.

CorePower Mission Bay is an amazing yoga studio. I've been going a few times a week for several years now, and I can say with conviction that it's a fantastic center of wellness. The managers and all of the instructors are truly wonderful. I'm a fan!

Negligent in hygieneAfter a happy year with the studio, attending 4-6 classes/week, in May’22 I got a severe skin infection… and subsequently discovered that Core Power does not use professional cleaners. All cleaning is apparently done by teachers and volunteers. My overall isolation combined with the facts that my spouse never got infected and that my infection started at my feet – the feet that are bare in the studio! – pointed to Core Power. However, learning that they do not see cleaning as their basic responsibility made me think that my horrific experience – I lost nearly a week of billable hours and 3 months later, still have scarring from the blisters that covered my whole body – was not an unfortunate accident but rather the product of willful negligence by a corporation.Like me, many may assume that hot-yoga studios, like gyms and other places where people sweat and shed lots of skin cells, engage commercial cleaning. Learning that Core Power does no such thing concerned me so deeply that I could barely focus. I suspended my membership and contacted Core Power’s regional management for clarification. 7.5 weeks and several follow-ups later, still nothing. I am very sad. I miss the teachers I love. I miss hot yoga. But I simply cannot expose myself and my family to who knows what risks. Neither can I make it okay for Core Power to rake in fees and pandemic stimulus money – let alone profess to care about our wellness -- while putting our health at risk.Core Power is negligent and should not be in this business.

Stopped by this studio while visiting SF. Holly led an excellent C1 yoga class that got me reaccustomed to the movements after a couple years away from the mat. Pacing felt just right, and the adjustments she recommended were helpful. Good music and vibes as usual. :)This studio feels new and clean. There is ample locker space, a large sunny studio (there is also a second room but I didn't go in), and the location is super peaceful.

My wife went to the studio last night and signed up for an all access membership and attended a class that she really enjoyed. However we were later surprised to see a random no show fee for no reason, even though she attended and interacted with a staff member to sign up for a membership. Worse yet, they make it extremely difficult to get a hold of a person to get the issue corrected. We had to email, chat and call, spending about an hour of effort to get an error corrected which is unacceptable.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went to two online classes for this studio during their 14 day free trial. The classes were not great and I logged off before the class ended. I therefore follow up to cancel my registration and move on with my life... Well not too long after my mother started to battle with cancer and lets just say I wasn't combing through my bank account at that time- I had other things on my mind. Fast forward 6 months later when life started to get less stressful and I start looking into my bank account. Corepower yoga has been charging me over $100 a month. NOT ONCE did they send an email letting me know they were charging me or that my 14 free days were up (remember I called and canceled my membership- i thought). At this time they have charged me $1,181 and change without so much of a notice or email. Not to mention I have never attended a class since the day I called to cancel. I have called and emailed them. The lady on the phone seemed nice but I received followed up with an email telling me pretty much to go pound sand and to have a nice day ... DON"T GO THERE it is a complet waste of money ( there are far better yoga studios around) and they are a complet rip off.
