THE. BEST. Amazing instructors, clean studios, fantastic community. What more could you ask for?!

Love this CorePower location! I started a free one week trial and came to this studio on a Saturday. There were about 10 people in the class which was less than I expected. The room is pretty spacious compared to other studios in the city, and our C2 instructor Lauren Y was fabulous. She made my first experience challenging, but not intimidating, and relaxing as well. For my first class, she also gave me a free gift bag and included mat/towel rentals as well.

Showed up to class 3 minutes late, and was refused entry. It’s pouring rain and my Uber dropped me off 3 blocks away. I explained this to Christine along with the fact I just spent $20 on an Uber, and she could careless. Just told me to be on time. Who does this?

The teachers here are vastly different from the CPY on Fremont. The service is not good, the instructors don't have the same energy as the ones in other locations, and the $35 per class is better spent at a location where you get the full CPY experience. Do not recommend.

Corin is such a fantastic teacher. Definitely one of the best teachers in town. So thorough and smooth and at the same time challenge you to take your practice to the next level. Recommend her class!!

WORST communication. NOT CLEAN and terrible COVID-19 procedures.

Great instructors. Not worth $33/class

I am not a huge core power fan as the teachers generally seem to be less experienced and lower quality than some of the independent studios in SF (eg Yoga Flow). However I had a tight schedule on Saturday and was looking for a late afternoon class. At 8AM I checked the Core Power schedule and they showed a 345PM class at this location. I arranged my day to be able to attend, drove there, found parking in the Marina (no small feat) and arrived to discover the studio locked and the class now shown on the website as cancelled. How unbelievably unprofessional to cancel a class so last minute. Done with this chain.

I really like this Core Power location! It's one of my favorites in the city and I'm really happy that I live nearby. The staff and teachers at this location are great and I always leave the studio feeling strong. I also really like the layout of the studio - there tends to be enough space for everyone to coexist before/after classes. While I love the instructors and classes at this studio, I wish they would add more C1 classes (and maybe even bring back HPF). I also wish there were 2 studios at this location so that yogis had more class options.

Went to a yoga sculpt class last week. While the instructor was great and workout better, the A/C was COMPLETELY broken. 4 stars.

This is my favorite CPY studio I have ever been to! The instructors are all kind, supportive, and encouraging. Something about this studio makes people excited for the classes and you can really feel the energy during the classes. Yes, the space only has one studio and 2 restrooms but I love the space. It's a place for you to get in and out instead of taking your time to shower etc. The place can become a hot sweaty mess with puddles of sweat on the floor but what do you expect? Love this place and all the instructors. I recommend Kate for a more gentle sculpt class with a slower pace (still a great workout). I recommend Adlon for an intense class that will have you feeling it the next day.

Ross - the manager - is amazing, he is also an excellent teacher and would recommend his class/studio to anyone interested in yoga.

It's true- there's only one yoga studio, no locker room, and the shower options are limited. So.... this location (building alone) is more like a Corepower-Mini. But take that out- and if you're still wanting an easy location to walk to, friendly teachers that deliver classes with purpose, a strong theme, and sequences that lead to a peak pose, then hit up this CorePower! The times I visited each instructor led a class which allowed my body to feel prepared for where we were going, and they were humble, present, and one even gave me a killer savasana assist. Keep the 'building limitations' in mind- but show up and enjoy an excellet, hot flow! :)
