I've been to many of the CosmoProf locations in the Bay Area and I must say this is probably the worst one. They have very limited supply of items or out of stock altogether. There is a gentleman that works here who is always disgruntled and not helpful at all. On one occasion, I asked the gentleman if they had something in stock and he laughed at me!! Literally laughed and then said "ummm no" like it was a crazy question. Didn't realize buying stuff from this store was funny, but ok! You also have to get buzzed in and out of the store each time you enter and exit. He takes forever to let you in and when exiting I was moving the door in the wrong direction. Instead of assisting or correcting me, he laughed again and just said "other way". He's been horrible and very condescending each time I've been there and I definitely will not be back. The SSF and Millbrae locations are much more pleasant. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of those. You will not have any issues and experience great customer service.

This store is for professional stylist only, I didn’t know this going in as I didn’t see a sign online but the staffs were very friendly and helpful and informed me to go to their sister company Sally’s Beauty, which I did and got what I needed for my DIY hair coloring.
