Was not happy with the past two services. Cell phones, but you don't have WiFi. Overly Express needed to save my pictures on the old phone. Assured I could still have access, when I don't. So upset, pictures of family memories, lost.

a girl outside was offering me a free phone in exchange for a monthly sim card. i trusted and bought, she charged me £127 and she charged me for the phone. I received a scam from this shop. I went again to inquire and they told me it's my business, that they don't give me money back on my mobile. even the phone plan doesn't work. they are scammers, be careful and stay away from this place.

On September 20, 2022, I went to this communication salon at this address to pay the monthly payment in cash, as my card was blocked. Since I do not know English, I showed on my phone the number that I have to pay $ 100. But, later on September 22, the money was not credited to my account. It turns out employee Karen scammed me and transferred my $100 to another phone number. I went to find out and return the money, but this cell phone salon could not help me! I was stressed, I cried. unfortunately no one helped me. I do not recommend this salon to anyone! Terrible and unfair employees!

Experience with this location is bad they try to charge you extra things compare to other cricket. This cricket feel like they try scam you from extra money. Watch out! Try other crickets like the one in excelsior way better service.

I've had a very negative experience with Cricket. In the store, I asked for a mobile hotspot for September only, not to be renewed, paying by credit card. A few months later I noticed I'd been getting recurring charges. Customer service refused to reimburse me. Tethering shouldn't even be an extra charge -- how I use my data should be my business. Before this, I was on a data-limited plan. They re-formulated their plans so I qualified for unlimited data at the same price. But they didn't automatically upgrade me -- instead I was kept on limited data until I noticed. Save your money. Save your hassle. Go to T-Mobile instead. There's a store @ Valencia and 17th.

Purchased this speaker & a portable last week. My kids love how the speaker lights up it's pretty bright & loud, my kids LOVE it!! A young lady helped me out, very kind & gave me the best deal for both. It seems like every body that works there are all friendly. I'm definitely going back and definitely recommend people to the store if I remember the young lady name is Zaira .
