i made my monthly phone bill a week early like usual. My bank account shows it. Cricket is saying they never received it and disconnected my phone. They will not allow me to email them a screenshot of my bank account showing it was made and I have no transportation to be able to go to a store to prove it. They say the only way it can turned back on is to make another payment plus a $5 reconnect fee im on disability and all my disability check goes to mortgage, bills and what little is left goes to a little bit of food for the month. I cannot afford to make a second payment to them when I already made the month payment

The phone was broken and used to be repaired, but after the repair, it was still not as good as before. Later, they recommended the Blackview bv9900E to me. I thought it was very good and resistant to drops.

Bc near my place, I had to visit them a few times, but every time I experienced Very POOR customer service! The worst service and manner! Finally I had to drive faster to other stores to ask for help.

The worst mobile network ever. They lie about unlimited plans. In fact the plan is not unlimited and Internet speed is decreased later. Map of coverage is fake, there is no availability of network in many green areas. Liars.

I haven't written a review in years, but I was amazed at how helpful Johnny was today. I called about getting a new SIM card, and not only did he stay open a few minutes longer to wait for me, he cut my existing card to size instead of selling me a new one (which I was ready to buy, not aware that cutting was possible), and then refused to take any money as a thank-you. It felt like he cared about helping me and made my day better. Thanks Johnny!

I was having some issue with my phone after porting my number to cricket. Came to this location, the senior staff was very nice to help. He spent time to help me figure out why my phone was not able to receive phone calls and eventually he fixed my phone after swapping the sim card. At the end, I asked him how much I should pay, he said it's free. This is one of my best experience in san francisco honestly. Thank you very much, you guys brighten up my day!
