If i can give them a zero star I would the lady was in a bad mood or something I went there to ask for esim she talk to us with bad attitude and keep shouting at us, and not happy to service us at all. This is so unprofessional if the supervisor see this review I hope you change the employee who has service mind and welling to do this job.

We have finally decided to change phone plans away from cricket, they had added a transfer protection to our acc without telling my mom. When we forgot the pin and had went there to get it changed they ask what do you need the pin for. I have to say the people working there are sneaky and we are glad to leave cricket. I would suggest chose a different phone company when you decided to change plans.

Good customers service and good location for paying phone bill. Good place for asking questions about my phone. New promotions are very good when you purchase three accessories just for $40. and you can apply for ACP and save $30 on my phone bill

absolutely clueless people here, dont seem to have any knowledge about either cell phones or customer service. not worth the electricity it takes to keep the lights on here. definitely a waste of time.

TL:DR - Either they are scamming or overcharging, you decide. Cricket Customer Service is non-existent. PLEASE review your receipts and get second opinions from other locations or online. Avoid Irving location, Stonestown seemed better. I rarely review places because I do my due diligence in researching but I thought... how bad can a cell service provider be? April 1st, went in for a data plan 20GB. It is $35/mo and I qualified for their ACP discount ($30) so it's $5, simple enough math. Was told I need a new SIM card, 9.99 ok simple enough. So the entire transaction should be roughly $15 + tax? Somehow it is $44.84 and here comes the good part. I asked the person helping me why there is so much charge overage and they replied, you just opened your account so the discount doesn't apply until next month, where you will only pay $5 (35 minus 30). The receipts tell you the story, they charged me $20 for 3.5mm headphones? (I have a modem for hotspot data plan... and every phone nowadays don't even have 3.5mm jack lol and you can help me figure out that other $10 accessory). So they basically lied about the "first month". Back to Irving I go. Same person said the same alibi, lie (or whatever it is at this point) until I brought up that Stonestown would've honored what they should've done (and Cricket Phone Support). So now they back pedal and say they can give me a $25 credit to this (even though the overcharge is $30...) huh? It gets even better... they said it will take 2 months to see the credit xD. I wrote down June 6th just to see if they follow thru (not surprised if they don't). Why isn't it just fixed right then and there? Or even a gift card or refund? I didn't out their name because I genuinely think they probably have been pulling this sort of thing to everyone unsuspecting and it's terribly sad. If I could prevent any future customers from having them con you into a plan/product, I would feel that this review did some justice. And it isn't even about the money, it's the fact that they have a different story for everything I told them... just shady, bring your business elsewhere or at least to another location.

I've had Cricket for months and my voicemail hasn't worked one day. They kept giving me the run around saying they'll fix it and put in a ticket, but that never happened. Paying for a service you can't use is robbery and that's what they're doing. No solution, but wait longer and pay more money only to get the issue not fixed.

This is my personal experience: because I forgot the SIM card password of my phone and accidentally locked my SIM card, my phone completely lost all its functions (can't be used), so I asked the cricket store help (1905Irving st San Francisco CA94122) where I live to come for the first time. I told the shop assistant about my situation and asked the shop assistant to help unlock my iPhone SIM card. Their reply was: they have no way to unlock my SIM card. I was asked to call cricket myself and ask the customer service staff to help me because they couldn't help me with unlock SIM card, and the clerk said they wouldn't unlock SIM card. So I went home and called the cricket customer attendant. The cricket customer attendant asked me to go to the nearby cricket store to ask the clerk for help and asked me to ask the clerk to call the cricket customer attendant when I got to cricket store. Only in this way could I help me with the unlock the SIM card. Then I went to the clerk at (1905 Irving st San Francisco CA94122) cricket store and asked for help to call the CRICKET customer attendant, but they also said they couldn't help me. I had no choice but to go to another cricket store (2575 San Bruno Ave San Francisco CA94134) and the clerk here was very kind and enthusiastic. It took me 10 minutes to unlock the SIM card for me. Thank you very much for their help. So I think the service attitude of the clerk here in the one in (1905 Irving st San Francisco CA94122) is very poor, very lazy, and very stupid. I am very dissatisfied with the clerk in this store. So if there is no star, I hope it is for no star. I advise you not to go to this cricket store (1905 Irving st San Francisco CA94122).
