The only reason I shop here is because Walgreens closest to me closed. Another reason is the coupons, but if I can't get anyone to unlock the toilet paper or cotton balls within 5 minutes, what good is it to even go there???? Not all of the call buttons work, another frustrating thing. Coupons are great but useless if nobody is there to unlock the item.

Had toe surgery and got my RX sent to this location. After picking up my scripts, I notice that I had a prescription missing in my bag. Called them to see if they had it there, they put me on hold for 75 minutes. No one ever picked up. Had to walk to the store on my surgically repaired toe to get an answer. Once I finally got to the counter, The woman behind the desk told me she didn’t give me my prescription originally because she “thought I couldn’t afford it” LIKE WHAT THIS RANDOM WOMAN WHO ISNT A DOCTOR IS TELLING ME WHAT PILLS SHE THINKS I SHOULD GET?! BTW THEY WERE $30 PILLS. I’ll happily shell over $30 so my big toe doesn’t get gang green. Told the manager the whole situation and he just shrugged. Didn’t even apologize. In a city of awful drug stores, this is by far the worst.

The woman that works the pharmacy counter is the nicest person I’ve encountered in retail in years! She is amazing. She is always cheerful, always remembers both me and my husband.

I have been a loyal CVS customer for years. I even purchase the yearly membership, as it actually saves me a ton of money over the course of year. However, I am officially over it
due to my experiences at this store. Unfortunately, there are very few stores left in SF and this one happens to be in my neighborhood. I have had multiple issues with the pharmacy, anything you need is never in stock at the store, and their customer service is horrible. What a sad state of affairs it has become.

The usual frustration and chaos of trying to buy prescription medicine in a heavily regulated industry which works very hard to be as opaque as possible to consumers. Constant miscommunication between physicians and the pharmacy, with no chance for you the consumer to participate and keep things on track.

Excellent customer service given the state of affairs I was at the CVS twice last week and almost got knocked down by a shoplifter running ?♂️ out the store
Thanks to the cashier and guard I did not
Fall it would have been a disaster for me

I've been on hold for 27 minutes during business hours, just to ask if they have the medication I've been prescribed.
Another nearby CVS said to call around since they don't have it.
Whatever happened to customer service? I have no idea.
The CVS app and the (800) number are useless in a situation like this. You just have to call (or drive) around.

Except for the ingnornt employees, for starters I only wanted 1 one Doctor Pepper and they only had a 6 pack missing 1 one bottle of Doctor Pepper missing. I asked to purchase one bottle and they refused to allow me to purchase 1 one bottle and they wouldn't sell one bottle out of 5 and wanted me to pay for an entire 6 pack even though 1 one bottle was missing and refused to allow me to get 1 one bottle, unacceptable and I will never return to that CVS, Fu-k that store and the ingnornt employees.

I come to this store all the time, spending a fortune on make up and over priced goods. What's worse is the fools who work there, upset because they have to unlock merchandise. Get mad at the shoplifters, not your customers you ignorant fools. From now on I'm walking down to Walgreens. Walgreens sucks, but at least they're not freaking out over shoplifters
