Very helpful staff. I left a voicemail about the prescription and they actually called me back.
I was able to get my prescription easily and quickly. There’s a parking lot so it is easy to navigate.

This is my neighborhood store and all the employees are polite , vibrant , courteous and patient (as the youthful employees do help a lot of senior citizens) . They do not panick when situations arise. I sometimes want to subdue the thieves though lol lol lol. Great Staff

The pharmacy line is consistently so long and so slow moving. This pharmacy location seems grossly mismanaged. Avoid.

Jeffrey in pharmacy is a LEGEND. He worked past closing to get me meds (Walgreens was out city-wide). Got me a coupon too! Love these people.

Michael at Portola Drive, SF customer service, was an excellent and informed person who helped me select the items that qualified for FSA/HSA. He showed me the catalogue of CVS for products. He was patient and kind. What a wonderful employee. I hope Michael is appreciated by CVS.

They always have what I'm looking for. Good customer service and I find they're product line are cheaper than Walgreens.

Took me 30 minutes to talk to someone in the pharmacy on the phone.
They were helpful, but it was 30 minutes to reach someone.

I got my Paxlovid from this pharmacy and the pharm tech who helped me with my prescription was so helpful, very warm and kind. I am going out of my way to write this review because my experience was far better than at any other pharmacy.

I was amazed this CVS location was very clean, organized and professional. My first time getting my prescription at the pharmacy. The pharmacies were very pleasant and helpful as compared to Walgreen at 18st/Castro. 18th/Castro Pharmacy could not find my prescription even though I showed them that I received a text message from Walgreen that my prescription is ready to pick up. I am glad to switch to CVS.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Paul the pharmacist at the CVS. I must say that it was one of the most disappointing encounters I have ever had with a healthcare professional. The pharmacist in question demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Furthermore, the overall attitude of the pharmacist was unprofessional. It is essential for healthcare professionals to maintain a level of decorum and respect, which was clearly lacking in this case.Furthermore, the overall attitude of the pharmacist was unprofessional. Pharmacist Paul was very helpful! Really appreciated that. Also checkout lady helped me through self checkout.
