I am absolutely outraged by the appalling experience I had at the CVS on 32nd Ave. The female pharmacist with white hair was not only unprofessional but downright hostile. Her communication skills were horrendous, and she displayed an utter lack of basic customer service and empathy. I was shocked by her dismissive attitude and the way she completely disregarded my concerns. It’s clear she has no understanding of what it means to be in a professional role where customer care should be a priority.
As a loyal local customer, I am deeply disgusted by the total lack of respect shown to me. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I will not stand for being treated in such an unprofessional manner. I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint against her with the California Pharmacist Directory. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment, and I will ensure that this matter is addressed appropriately. I will also be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for anyone.

most poorly operated pharmacy i’ve ever been to. the line is most often long, and the staff doesn’t seem to be able to triage edge cases very well, e.g. the whole staff (4) is currently helping a senior set up is automatic billing in the app, meanwhile i am sitting in a line of 11 pple and have been waiting for 30 minutes.

CVS pharmacy should indicates if specific medication requires ID for pickup in app/message/text. There are few times I am unable to pick up medication because ID is required while in general, most medication does not require ID.

The pharmacists here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly, so willing to go beyond. When my husband came home from the hospital, they held my hand over the phone, getting the medications he needed and working with me to get them delivered quickly. We are never on hold for long when we call them, and when there is a snarl with our prescription refills, they help us figure out what's wrong and how to solve it. We have many pharmacies closer to us geographically, but these guys are worth going the distance for.

Was one of best managed pharmacies until last year, when manager resigned. NOW IT IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST! Will not take phone calls, respond to messages. No more than 2 employees working at the same time. New manager is pitiful. I will be finding new pharmacy. HORRENDOUS!

I went in looking for athletic tape for an injured finger. All I found was bandage style tape. I asked the clerk for help. She couldn't find what I needed. I left and went shopping next door. After I left the other store the clerk called to me from the doorway of CVS holding my item. She had found it while I was gone and waited hoping I would pass by. She was so kind and friendly and helpful. I felt cared for. I felt like I was participating in a community like I'd been brought up to believe in watching Sesame Street as a child. Thank you to that young (Indian/Pakistani/Desi?) woman. I wish I could remember your name. I strongly recommend her for manager. ??

Refused to give me any consultation or advice about a new prescription. Just some subsidized drug dealers in lab coats

Not good. Extracare reader does not work inside the store since it will not print. Then spent over 1/2 hour trying to get the coupon discount. No Wi-Fi inside the store and cannot get cellular data inside the store and had to go outside the store to get connected to my phone

Not sure what’s been happening but for some reason they are messing up my prescriptions CONSTANTLY now. If you want to use this as a pharmacy be aware. I had to call multiple times and my doctor had to send prescriptions to them multiple times. I just switched CVS locations and this issue has instantly stopped.

Got to the pharmacist counter. There were three staff members there. They said “sorry, we’re closing for lunch.” They should all have their licenses revoked. What if I was in serious need of my medication? They didn’t even want to listen to my question. Never heard of a pharmacy that closes entirely for lunch break. Lunch breaks should be rotated where someone is always available to serve a patient. Would give zero stars if I could.

Customer service very rude. Young lady with curly shoulder length black hair did not let me or my friends come in when there was no one in the store, I understand the high schooler policy but all of the students left the store and with much attitude said “you only seen two walk out so only two come in, you understand that right?” we were waiting 20 minutes. If they want more people coming in the store maybe don’t hire employees with attitude. And by the way we were all college students

My review is based on looking inside because last night a car drove into store & stole the ATM & the store is closed. Well, actually wide open - the outside is being repaired, the inside is completely trashed, & wow, they ripped the ATM right off its base. Things aren't going to get better until there are consequences & deterrents for crime. The CVS in Lower Haight is closing in January, joining a long list of closed businesses. That said, the Doom Loop is not in effect, life is good here- mostly. I'm not leaving, & either are my friends & neighbors.

Be aware the pharmacy closes for lunch; not stated in their hours. Multiple employees behind the counter on lunch.
