Too a while to check in, here to get vaccines, got here at 4:12pm and told too early for 4:30pm appointment, and come back at 4:20pm. I rather be told that I’m all check in and please wait at the wait area.

this location just seems to get worse and worse from 37 minute wait times to simply not being available or not having enough staff. If you have options, choose them.

Sickening Staff is unable to fullfill simple requests Staff cannot answer the phone, held for 28 minutes today without anyone ever answering. Prescription is on auro refill, was promised at 10am Monday 3/4 I called automated system to verify, it said Rx ready 10AM Tuesday--so i go a day without needed n prescribed med. I show up at 11AM Tuesday, 1 pharmacist and 2 staff, no one comes to the counter. After waiting approx 3 min, turns out no Rx ready.???!!!! Drug has not been ordered--for what they call an auto refill. This is bogus!!!! Im asked to step to a different counter. I wait again. Somehow, now they have the knowledge that my Rx is not available. How they didn't have this information Sunday or Monday is not explained. Staff say we will send your Dr a note for new dose, same drug, i wait again. After 5 min she says its done. My Dr replys within the hour , by 1:45 At 2:30 i call this good for nothing pharmacy, i hold for 28 minutes, trying to verify they have everything needed to fill. I never get my call answered. I drive, for the second time today, to this cvs. I wait. Rx is NOT READY I AM INVITED TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 minutes They say i have to wait bc its a new Rx. The Hell it is Its the same Rx ive been in touch with your establishment since Monday! Trying! To Fill. I left Now i will need a high blood pressure medication-- 1st time Ever in My Life. These ppl stink

The men I interacted with on the phone were simultaneously very incompetent, and very sensitive to being perceived as such. A dangerous combination. I had a very negative interaction with a pharmacist and his supervisor trying to get basic information. I called back, reached a female, who was not only much nicer and less insecure, but who easily found the answer to my question.

This is the absolute worst cvs around. Terrible customer service absolutely NO signs that state closures for lunch and they closed 5 mins before their lunch was scheduled.

It doesn’t matter what time your vaccine appointment is on, because they wait for the top of each hour to do three people at a timeSo, if your appointment is for any other time you will be corralled into a waiting area until there are enough people for the staff to more efficient but you pay with your time for their efficiency
