Lucky us, Dandelion is continuing S.F.’s rich history of chocolate making. Fantastically informative and engaging tour about the steps to get from cocoa beans to chocolate bars. Treasure of a team, so dedicated to their craft. Charming manufacturing operation and building (that smells wonderful!)

Graham was our tour guide. He explained everything easily and made the info interesting. The samples are delicious and it was fun to taste the differences of the beans .
