The factory cafés blend hot chocolate drinks, toast s'mores, sample chocolate, and serve house-made pastries. The classic hot chocolate is wonderful and not cloying, with the mission hot chocolate noted as spicy and light. Great offerings include chocolate fusions with coffee and a quite good gluten free cookie. It is a great place to experience heavenly chocolate. The staff is friendly, nice, warm, patient, knowledgeable, and exceptionally kind, providing outstanding and authentic customer service. Visitors can join factory tours with clear, engaging, and easy to understand explanations. Classes are also popular but get booked months in advance.
