After finding the perfect Outer Sunset condo for us on Zillow, we had initially tried going with ShopProp but, as first time buyers, pretty quickly decided we needed a more hands-on approach. Connecting with Josh as a buyer's agent through Vivre Real Estate rapidly put us in a more comfortable and confident position. Josh was quick to follow up on all our questions and requests and walked us through the many important steps and considerations about the property and the transaction in a skilled and knowledgeable way. This was particularly important when developing our negotiation strategy. Josh walked us through the whole process, suggesting and explaining good bidding numbers as well as what documents to send in our offer. As expected, it was a nerve-racking process but, to our delight, our first offer was accepted and we really couldn't have done it without Josh's guidance. Danielle sold our Bay Area house while we were living across the country. She and her team made everything so easy for us! This was our first time selling a house and we felt so relaxed with Danielle and her team taking the lead on everything. (She also got us quite a bit over asking price!) What a wonderful experience! Our family is from out of town and we were looking for a San Francisco real estate agent to help sell a family member's house in Bernal Heights. Danielle was so supportive through the process and intimately knows the neighborhood. Her negotiating skills are phenomenal and the marketing really showed off the potential of the home, so much so that the final sales price was way over our expectations.
