Maybe the best customer service ever. Maciek and team were so kind and accommodating to me -- even when I drove to the wrong showroom to drop off my item! I've bought lovely pieces from them and look forward to continuing to do so.

My experience with both the Santa Rosa and SF stores has been superb. There is a huge variety of items, some less expensive and some more, but the quality is very high! And I must state that their customer service (Petrok—not sure of spelling—in Santa Rosa, and Greg in SF) was the kind of thing we don’t find anymore. They handled both of my purchases very professionally, were super helpful, and in the case of my SF purchase, were willing to make sure I got my couch into my apartment (NOTE: the LUGG guys could NOT do it, but the Design Plus delivery guys did!). Honestly, I’ll keep buying from these people because of these experiences.

Everything in Design Plus Gallery sparks joy! I was able to cosign items, and I have also purchased many pieces, including the lovely coastal chandelier pictured below. Greg, Jessica, Maciek, and Mari are also such a joy to work with. They have advised me on my purchases and how to stage them. I go and visit the store every week!

DPCG is great. I've been buying furnishings from them for years. The consignment process is easy to understand. Raul & Doug are the best, tho all staff are good. It would be nice if a martini bar could be installed as a permanent feature while shopping - but then again no one is perfect.

Sold a coffee table with these folks - the process was super easy. I dropped it off and a month later I had a check in the mail. Final sales price was within the range of their original estimate. I would use them again for sure.

First time here today. This store has a range of styles and beautiful pieces. I bought an Italian coffee table for my new place. The folks here are super helpful. Don't sit at home doom scrolling! Walk in, meander through, get some ideas, visualize, and check out the items you fancied on their website two weeks prior. If you're local, seeing and feeling will help confirm your desire for the object and you'll likely walk out with what you were obsessed with in the first place.
