Frustrating as I came here for a class based on their posted schedule and found it to be closed. There was no notice on their site or schedule that the class was cancelled

It isn't the fanciest studio I've been to but it's authentic, welcoming and has everything you need. The vinyasa class I did was fantastic. The instructor gave good cues which made it easy to follow along. After the class I felt like I'd had a good workout but at the same time felt very relaxed. I highly recommend Divine Yoga studio and look forward to coming back next time I'm in San Francisco.

My first time going to a Yoga studio and it was pretty nice. The studio looks clean and Valerie was super fun! It was a pretty good workout. Will be coming back often.

Favorite studio in the city. Instructors are so kind and caring. It's very zen and one of the only not hot yoga studios in the city. Also Izzy is the best!

What is there not to say about this studio... the owner is super friendly, extremely helpful and responds lightning fast! The instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful. They also have great package deals! I'm definitely a fan :)

I started yoga practice January 1, 2020. This place was my first class and I have been going every weekend since. Their instructors are kind and thoughtful and make the practice of yoga delightful. I appreciate the outdoor classes and the communication with the studio when classes get cancelled.

My favorite yoga studio in San Francisco. I really love coming here because I feel that the instructors are very approachable and genuinely care about the student's progress. They have different style of yoga and the sequence are always different and challenging. Because it is a smaller studio, it has a great sense of community vibe.

Sara Roane is an incredible yoga instructor. I have been going to her prenatal classes for several months now and plan to continue until I deliver. She truly cares about every single person in her class and always checks in with us to see how we are doing. I love that the focus of every prenatal class is on some arm strengthening and opening/stretching. This has been a great addition and balance to the other workouts I have been doing during pregnancy. As I am now late in pregnancy, I have been relying even more on these classes to help me move and stretch, but also to connect with other women experiencing the same challenges of pregnancy. Also, you can just show up to the studio - they provide mats and anything else you may need. I cannot wait to go to Sara's vinyasa classes once I am postpartum. If you live or work near SOMA this is the place to come for yoga!

This is mainly a review of Sara Roane, the only teacher I've had at Divine Yoga. I really can't emphasize enough how amazing she is. First of all she is a very kind, intuitive, and skilled yoga teacher. She motivates me to push myself while also staying present and kind. I've been taking her prenatal yoga classes weekly, and she's helped me with my pregnancy both physically and emotionally. Her guided meditations are just beautiful, and the yoga series has helped me get through 8 months with hardly any pains. When I walk out of her class I feel euphoric, it's really the best prenatal yoga in the city. I'm so grateful for her classes.

After trying many yoga studios in San Francisco I have found the one!!! I love this studio for so many reasons: 1) All you need to do is to show up. You don't even need a mat, they will provide them free of charge, including small bottles of water to stay hydrated. You can use the body lotion and essential oils. 2) It is a small intimate setting with 10 to 12 students max, you get more one on one attention from the instructor. It is the only studio that I have been where the instructors know each students by first name. 3) They have quality instructors that are trained in different styles. Even with the same instructor, they don't do the same sequence so it is always new and challenging. 4) The instructors are very approachable and genuinely care about each students' progress. Since I started coming to this studio more regularly, I noticed improvement on my body alignment, flexibility and lower stress. 5) The owner is very involved, he also practice at this studio. He is also very approachable and believes in providing high quality service. 6) The membership prices for the classes are very reasonable compared to other studios in the Bay Area. They are also on class pass if you want to try it out first. The only cons is that the parking situation around the area is not very good, but hey....that's San Francisco!! It is located near the ballpark and Caltrain station so it is pretty centrally located, so it might be better to bike, bus or uber. Overall, I highly recommend this studio because it has such a great community vibe.

Happy to find this small yoga studio for vinyasa and ashtanga. It's unique without the pricey "frills" of many SF yoga studios and keeps to the origins of yoga. The teachers are solidly trained with reasonable prices.

Divine Yoga is near Giants baseball stadium. It's in a strip with some exercise gyms. It's in a dentist's office and you'll have to go to the back room. It's a small studio. There were about 5 people. Sarah led the group and she runs 5 classes at this studio. It was a bit advanced. There were items I did not know and I had to take some breaks during the yoga workout. She played some music. The studio is run by an Indian man who has some other businesses I guess. It was a decent yoga workout that had a lot going on and I had to keep up, but once again, it's fun to work on yoga. It's far away in the Soma district, so I don't know if it's ideal. It was a good visit to another part of town and the Giants had a game today.

I've been to Divine Yoga a few times now for vinyasa classes. The studio is small and cozy, which is a good thing! It often feels like I'm doing yoga with friends vs doing yoga with a huge group of strangers. Most recently I went to a prenatal yoga class, which is geared towards pregnant moms. The class was wonderful, I left feeling very refreshed! I can't wait to go back!

An awesome yoga studio ! The instructors are really great and very accommodating to your level of yoga. They have lots of different classes from vinayasa to restorative yoga. The studio isn't that large and it's great that the classes don't have too many people. Overall, I've had been having a wonderful time going to this studio!
