I recently purchased a book from Dolttie Dolittle, and I just have to say how impressed I am with both the product and the customer service. The book arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition, showing real care and attention to detail.
A special thank-you to Janeli, who went above and beyond to make sure my order was handled smoothly. She was friendly, professional, and quick to respond to my questions — it’s so rare to find such kind and attentive service these days. You can really tell that customer satisfaction matters to this company.

Not refunding $, you can only get store credit.
Super inconvenient.
I don’t need anything right now, and now I am stuck with more than $100 in credit.
Even though I placed the order with wrong size, and next day placed another order with the right size.
Should’ve had contacted customer service before placing the second order.

We had a great time shopping for my daughter's first pair of shoes (See Kai Run) as she's learning to walk! The owner immediately pointed out the shoes that would be relevant, and she made sure our daughter had the right size.
What a relief! I had previously ordered some shoes online that didn't fit and were such a hassle to return. This was a much better experience.
The clothing and stuffed toys selection looked amazing too! We look forward to coming back in the future.

What a sweet and wonderful group of lady's running this store. You'll find everything you need for toddlers, which is especially hard about 4 years old. In between baby and kids clothes/shoes. Also the shoes I bought my son were not cheaply made Nike's that break through the toe within a month. Great stuff!

Cute store, but treatment from the owner leaves a lot to be desired. Dottie makes you feel like it is a burden and she is doing you a favor when you ask very simple questions about where things are located. There's not a shortage of overpriced children's stores in the city, will not be returning to Dottie's.

The shop has a lot of things and the staff were very helpful for me. In fall I wanted to find a summery dress for my granddaughter who lives in New Zealand going into summer. A perfect dress was found then I got carried away with 3 more things. Good service

I love this place. As a mother with kiddos with textile sensitivities, this store and staff come through. They have a wonderfully curated selection of clothes, accessories and toys. Its always a hit for us!

This store is great for gifts of all ages! I had a few birthday parties to attend in the city and was able to pick up gifts for all of them in one stop. I love that they have toys and fun accessories for girls of all ages! I went with a sparkly headband and bracelet making kit for a 7 year old and a magnetic book for a little boy.

The store has a really well curated collection of kids clothes that is high quality and cute. I absolutely love shopping there and so appreciate having the store in the neighborhood
