Dr. Batlle was amazing. I was away from home, but needed a doctor and feel incredibly lucky she was available. It was just by chance that I found her, but next time I happen to need a doctor in San Francisco I will definitely be making an appointment with her. She's smart, funny, and compassionate. The entire office staff was nice and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Howard has been my personal physician for 38 years. He truly is a wonderful doctor. I can’t say enough good about him. I came to this practice because of him. I was pleased to find the Medical Group is very well run, friendly and efficient too. The staff are all the best. I am pleased to give Downtown Medical my highest recommendation!!

Me and my husband both go to Dr. Firoozeh Dastmalchi and we both really love her. She is an amazing doctor and cares about her patients. She's really personable and i feel comfortable around her to talk about anything. The clinic has a lab there so you don't have to go anywhere else for the blood tests.

Meghan Childers devoted a great deal of her time getting me an emergency referral to an ENT Specialist which helped to save my hearing from Idiopathic Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SSHL). I am grateful for her dedication.

The staff at Downtown Medical are always so friendly and make me feel welcomed and looked after. And Dr Grenier has been my primary care doctor for nearly a decade and I cannot express how listened to and cared for I feel in her care. I absolutely recommend her and the team here.

I have seen two doctors at this group Union Square location and oh boy I have only one question- does anyone checks on the mortality of the patients from this place? The name of the group should be changed to Undertakers. I am amazed by lack of empathy and blunt incompetence.

Dr. Dastmalchi was a bit rude and dismissive of me. She guilted me for failing to follow up on labs and at one point scoffed/laughed at how I am managing a prescription through a 3rd party. She is not my PCP and I was seeing her due to convenience. While I would not recommend her as a PCP, I would still recommend Downtown Medical Group as a whole. Everyone else I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and professional.
