East West Bank offers the kind of old school personal service no other banks are willing to offer anymore. Paul Cheuk in particular has been indispensable to us navigating our banking needs across international waters. We really appreciate him and the exceptional service he and his bank provides our family now for 25 years+

Great bank and good customer service. I had an estate issue and they promptly resolved it.

After all, this bank's main customers are Chinese speaking elderly citizens. I have seen professional and helpful tellers, but I have also dealt with unprofessional and really "C9" looking tellers. Sucks!
