To anyone who thinks Rakuten is a scam, I'm here to tell you it's not! I love this app. I have used it 4 months so far and have racked up over $200! Yes I have been paid. Also I didn't cash my first check in time and it was void after 90 days. No biggie, I contacted Rakuten and they issued me a new one. I have family members who now use rakuten. All have been paid, all love the app! You have nothing to lose and money to gain, use it??

I contacted Rakuten customer service to change my last name since I recently got married. They were able to help me right away. They contacted me in less than 24 hours. Everything was super fast and super easy. They also provided me with a $10 member bonus to my account as a congratulations on my marriage. I was overwhelmed by the great customer service and to gift a member for getting married was more than I would ever imagine a company doing. This company is great and they really do care about their customers. Thanks so much.

Quick response. Excellent communication! Consistently outstanding personalized service. I have use rakuten for years and have never had a problem. I have been very pleased with every interaction with their service reps and with the support theyve provided.

The Rakuten team is beyond amazing! I had a 10% cash back from hotels.com from a limited offer but ended up only getting 2%. After I reaching out to Rakuten, the team help me to reach out to hotels.com for verification and they even went above and beyond, sent me several updates though out 4 months. Hotels.com was not responsive and honestly, I didnt really expect to get the cash back but I indeed received it after several months. I was truly amazed by the customer service at ********************** as they really go above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

I purchased a Nectar mattress when Rakuten had 20% cash back, after multiple attempts to get a response from Rakuten as to why I was not seeing my cash back in my account the reply was:We are unable to add Cash Back to your account for the order from Nectar Sleep. When we investigated this order, we found that the order did not qualify for Cash Back.Here are a few examples of why this happens: If you used a coupon or promo code that is not found on Rakuten but found on another site, that site will be credited for that order. If you returned, cancelled, or exchanged your merchandise or reservation, the order will not qualify for Cash Back If you purchased any excluded items as outlined on our store page under Exclusions or Special Terms. If you visit any other site during your shopping trip (especially other sites that offer rewards, coupons, or discounts), that site will be credited for that order. If you have a toolbar, plug-in, add-on, etc. installed on your browser (especially for other sites that offer rewards, coupons, or discounts), that site will be credited for that order. If you have a content blocker or tracking protection enabled on your browser, then your order cannot be tracked back to Rakuten and you will not be able to earn Cash Back.Feel free to reach out to me if you still have any questions, were here to help. Thank you.This all makes no sense, I've purchased other item with other merchants through Rakuten that were sale items with promo codes and have never had an issue, however the amount that I should have as cash back is well over $100, so it seems suspicious that suddenly my purchase doesn't qualify. I emailed Rakuten back stating such with no response from them, very disappointing.

I purchased a mattress using Rakuten 15% cash back. However, I also use the code for the mattress company which made the Rakuten fall off. I noticed there was no cash back the next day so I called customer service and spoke with ******* the supervisor and she explained what happened using the store code along with Rakuten well make theirs fall off. She explained how that worked and how to avoid that happening in the beginning which I truly appreciate she quickly put the 15% back onto my account. I have saved almost $4000 since 2018 on purchases through Rakuten I would highly recommend anyone who shops online or in stores use their codes.

Excellent company. They had no problem reissuing a check after the 90 days had expired because when it was sent I was very ill in the hospital and rehab for 5+ months. I only saw the check when I can home on April 7, 2023, long after the check was issued.
