Miguel at the front desk has the most rude attitude I’ve seen. Utterly unprofessional, canceled our booking without notice and made us completely change plans as we were relying on this rental and all other locations were booked.

I rent cars weekly for work and have been to many different car rental companies and locations across SF and the country. This location (and Enterprise as a whole) is by far my favorite! It's small but the customer service is exceptional. I mostly interact with Noah (he's amazing!) but the entire team is helpful and friendly. If you're between locations or companies, choose this one. The headache from other rental car companies is not worth the headache

Booked a car. Got all confirmations. Planned whole day around this car and pick up/drop off times and on my way to get car was told they don’t have any cars to rent. The family and I’s last day in the Bay was ruined.

This location is pretty good. They stay busy, but you know you're going to get great care from start to finish. I came here to drop off my rental car, and they were pretty helpful. I worked with Brandon, who gave me a ride back to the dealership, and also helped me move all my contents out of the car, include two big car seats. The check out process was pretty seamless and easy. Best of all- this location will upgrade for free if there are no other vehicles of the size you have covered for Insurance or your reservation. The only downsides to this location is actually getting there (since it's between two one-way streets) and also that sometimes they are so busy and short staffed that it's hard for them to answer phone calls. But hey, that's a good problem to have. I recommend this location otherwise, and will be keeping this as a top option for all my rental car needs.

I had an appointment today through my GEICO for a rental car, when I show up the manager is the one behind the desk, he is unhelpful at best, and he tells me he has no reservation in my name, and he is not aware of any collaboration with GEICO. I contacted my insurance again who confirmed that the reservation was in fact in place, and I was at the right location, the manager refuse to speak on the phone with the insurance company. GEICO put me in contact with another Enterprise location (1600 Mission St), they confirmed that my appointment was in place and ask if they could speak with the manager, but he refused again. I ended up rescheduling with the new location and everything worked out. I recommend you go to any other enterprise location.

Miguel Luna at this location is great! I have rented a car from Folsom Street twice in the last few weeks and he has always been kind, courteous and professional. I also received an upgrade on my last rental which was appreciated! Will be back any time I need a rental in SF.
