Our rental car was broken into while site seeing, thieves broke out the back window. I called this location because I did not know what to do. They were super helpful and had a spare car ready for us in minutes. They helped us get everything switched out and then notified us that the airport would put us into a rental like the one that was damaged. All in all it took a couple of hours out of our trip to switch the cars out but given the situation that wasn’t a big deal. Thank you to this team for helping take care of us!

Long overdue review for this place.I have to say the service here is PERFECT!Yes it seems almost impossible to believe for a car rental agency. But really the service is amazing from checking in, to picking up the car and last but not least the return.Each time I need a car this is my place to go, that happens quite often and never ever I have been deceived by this place! Even when you had “problems” they always there to help.Please don’t change, you really are the best!

After losing the rental car keys on the weekend and having a terrible time with the weekend emergency line, Kiana (sorry if spelling is incorrect) really turned it around! She was on top of things the entire time, worked with the weekend emergency line, other locations, etc. to get everything straight! She was amazing and turn a bad situation around! Would highly recommend!! Thanks for all your help!

*Jay Yujlie Lai strikes again* This employee has multiple 1 star reviews for being rude. My personal experience with him came on 7/3/23:My partner and I were told by an Enterprise representative to bring our rental car into this location to exchange it for a different car as ours was having an oil issue and was assured there would be a new rental waiting for us when we arrived at 8am.Jay was the representative we had the unfortunate “pleasure” of be greeted by. We calmly explained our situation to him and he immediately became angry, combative and defensive. He told us “Well, we don’t have any cars for you. We have 15 cars and 30 reservations.” We calmly told him we were instructed to come to this specific location and he sighed, rolled his eyes and said “Ok, we have a Kia or an electric car.” I told him the electric car (which only had a 150 mile range) wouldn’t work as we were driving back to Washington and that the Kia was a downgrade. He aggressively responded “Then go to the airport and get a car!” During this experience, some of the things Jay said to my partner and I, in a very stern tone were: “Put yourself in my shoes!” and “We are doing you a favor!” At one point he even went so far as to shoo my partner and I away from the counter.Taking the stance that WE were inconveniencing HIM was insulting and beyond rude. He showed zero compassion and was without empathy. He raised his voice multiple times and made myself and my partner very uncomfortable.Moreover, he did this in front of a growing line of customers without a second thought and his lack of empathy or caring seemed to come to him with ease. Jay has a theme of receiving 1 star reviews so I’m not surprised my partner and I were abused in the fashion we were.What I would like to know is, WHY IS JAY YUJLIE LAI still an employee at Enterprise, a company that prides itself on customer service? It seems to me that by keeping him on staff you condone his awful and abusive behavior to innocent, paying customers with real feelings who deserve better.I look forward to your reply.

Recently my friend and I moved into a home in San Francisco and had to travel from Las Vegas with a car full of belongings. Due to traffic and bad timing, we had to return the car to Enterprise at the time we'd scheduled before we were able to completely unload our things. Upon arriving at the facility, we explained this and all of the staff present at the time was more than eager to help us. Not only did they help schedule us a taxi, but they drove us to a drop off spot to more easily and efficiently unload our things out of the way of traffic. They even helped us unload and repack the taxi, a task that was in no way expected of them. We did not ask for their help with any of this, they took it upon themselves to genuinely care for their customers and make sure we had a safe and positive SF Enterprise experience. Quite possibly one of the best examples of incredible customer service I have experienced. Thanks Enterprise, Fisherman's Wharf! (The car, rental, return, and trip were all just as amazing as well.)

Best rental car experience with any company in years! Everyone from the front desk to security through workers cleaning cars and the parking garage were helpful. All were so kind with my last minute car return. They had all the answers for an area that is new to me. Deanna and Keana are the best!

When picking up our car Mark was fantastic. Extremely polite and displayed excellent customer service. Thanks for looking after my family with the sweet ride. Made all the difference on our trip to SanFran. Couldn't recommend Mark highly enough.

The car collection was easy and straight forward. Ms Subhadra was very helpful, provides all the car rental details with great patience. The whole car collection process was a breeze. Will return to them for next car rental.

My wife and I travel quite frequently and have solely used Enterprise as our primary car rental service simply out of habit. But this last encounter left us with such a positive impact.In all my time I have never received such great customer service. I’m sure I’m not alone when when I say that I dread the process of picking up a rental and filling out paperwork.However, Mark Aguilar and Carla Clay had such a great spirit about them I couldn’t help but be grateful. We live in a time where the human element is lost from simple interactions such as picking up a rental car that we don’t even bother remembering the experience. So you could only imagine my enthusiasm when this wasn’t the case, when I was met with a warm greetings and friendly faces. I only hope that they both received some sort of recognition as the art of communication is very much lost in today’s day and age.

Deanna greeted us upon our car rental return and honestly made our day brighter, and it was already bright! She should be the GM at the Ritz Carlton bc she emanates hospitality. I love Enterprise and will never rent any place else.

Horrific customer service. Jay screamed at us. Mark and Gabby at the front desk were also extremely unhelpful. They play hot potato with your issue, skirt any responsibility, and are quite frankly rude. I was appalled. I would not recommend this location or this company quite honestly. Rent with someone else!

Mark was kind and very helpful. He had us go ahead and get the better insurance but we def. Feel safer driving around. 5 star service with a clean and well maintained car and facility. Sorry original review said Mike. I realized it was mark.!
