Go in through lobby 4 and ask the security desk - it is located behind security on the loading dock.

The drop box is located inside the loading dock that is immediately east of Lobby 4. If the loading dock is open you can access the drop box directly, otherwise, the security at the desk of Lobby 4 will point you the way.
