I went there to print a signage for my event. Maya was there by herself. She worked her best even today all of her staff call for sick leave. She is very friendly, smiling, and greeting every customer. Very nice shop and well kept. Thank you for your assistance, Maya.

Their Apple Pay system is constantly down which makes them complete useless. This pathetic company is run by boomers who think people still carry wallets.

David and Sabrina at this location were both very friendly, thoughtful, and helpful with my pick-up. Sabrina was able to put a hold on my package for another week when I thought I wouldn't be able to fit the item in the car. David carried my item to the car and waited with me until my friend was able to pull around to their location and he put my big bean bag bed into the car for us. Thank you to both David and Sabrina for all of their help and friendly service! They went above and beyond.

Maya, Sabrina, and David were absolutely wonderful to work with. I had to ship out 51 boxes of chocolates to clients for Valentine's Day and they were incredibly helpful. I ended up packing all 51 of the boxes at the store which took several hours and throughout the day they always met customers with grace, politeness, and respect. I appreciated their welcomeness. I'll definitely be coming back. Keep being rockstars Maya, Sabrina, and David!

I have been coming to this FedEx Office for a few years now. It is very convenient for me because it is located in my neighborhood and is opened on Saturday. The staff behind the counter is usually friendly and helpful. I usually come here to use the internet or to make copies or prints on the self serve copiers. I also buy some of the electronic accessories, such as headphones and flash sticks, they sometimes have on sale here.

The person handling my returns package is unprofessional. Refused my package because it's "moving". Made me laugh. Went to another location to return and no problems. You've lost a customer! My experience with them is terrible. I will be moving my packages to another location and I highly recommend you do not visit this location.

I had two extremely heavy boxes on a cart. David was quick to provide assistance in every way, from navigating the entry to lifting the heavy boxes for weighing. He was patient, helpful, and did extra taping on the boxes. It was a great experience!

Phenomenal cheery, happy-to-help service here ! Such a pleasant experience dropping off a prepaid parcel & I needed to print the label. No hassle No issue no stupid fees & charges Such a contrast with the miserable nickel & dime UPS stores who want to charge for breathing their air. Sounds odd to get "passionate about shipping" but am really a big fan of this location & their people.

Where do I even start with the issues at this location. I am used to going to fed ex and being asked if I need help and being welcomed. Not at this location. The first time I went in they were trying so hard to refer me to the website which I had already read up and down many times... I really feel every time I go in that they don't want to be bothered with helping me. Today I had some work to do for a customer and I went in to print a packing slip for my customer who had ordered a package. I was so surprised when what I printed came out as card board. Apparently the person printing before had printed out something in cardboard and hadn't changed the paper back. I asked Aleah who works there to help me and asked if I could get a paper printed out that was in normal paper and not be charged since this mistake wasn't my fault. She LIES and says no. Then says I have to print it again and be reimbursed. She then puts the paper in the printer and slams it shut. At that point I was NOT going to be disrespected especially when I'm spending my money with this company. I told her she was rude and her customer service was horrible and she turns around and says I'm on lunch. Sooo Rudely. I tell her I'm not psychic. How the HELL am I supposed to kno that(that part I didn't say.. but I realllllly wanted to)David who I'm assuming is either the manager or a employee comes out and asks the issue. I simply told him her customer service sucks. He apologized for it all and proceeded to do exactly what she had lied and said she couldn't do. The moral of the story is choose a different FedEx. The FedEx under the Hilton on Geary has realllly helpful staff.

Compared to the other location down the street, this location is not only way bigger, but also the staff here is so much more knowledgable! I had important documents that I had ship to Singapore through the fastest, most secure way possible with tracking. Luckily, I had Sabrina who walked me through every step of the way. She suggested the most cost efficient solution which was still the earliest day delivery, but just at a slightly later time (~3 hours later on the same day). By doing so, she saved me about $50, which I would not have gotten, had I gone with the other location down the street. The man in the other location quoted me $50 more for my package to be delivered 3 hours earlier and didn't even offer to mention what Sabrina had recommended me! I'm so glad I came here. Sabrina was swift with the transaction, made sure that I validated every detail of the package and delivery, and even triple checked against how certain items can get taxed for me. She was sweet throughout the whole time and you can tell that given her tenure, she knew the steps down to the T. And surely enough, a few days later, my package delivered exactly as planned and on schedule, with all tracking available to me to follow. I highly recommend coming here over the other location. Sabrina's awesome!

My visits have always been quick and transactional drop offs. If you know what you're doing, your experience shouldn't be too bad.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Was helped by Sabrina, who suggested the best cost efficient solution, processed everything quickly and generally gave a good welcome. Hoping her efforts get acknowledged!

I walked in at 1pm to ship some documents, and Jade was the only customer support in the entire store. She was helping another customer with printing, and also picked up 2 phone calls. She told me to wait for her to finish up with her printing customer, and then would help me. While I was waiting, about 5 other customers came on in. Jade started to work on a different customer, but then saw me and told her to wait and rightfully put me ahead of the line. I was shipping internationally, but Jade took her time to make sure that it was right. I appreciate Jade's attitude and really helping me. Most other customer support would have just sorry and made me wait, but she did the right thing. I can't recommend her enough for the great attitude and attention to customer service.

I entered this FedEx store with the intention of printing several documents. I asked the FedEx employee, whose name I believe was Daniel, if he could print some documents for me. He directed me to the self-service area but I clarified and asked if he could print on cardstock. He said that he was not able to print anything for me and recommended that I go to a different FedEx. I started looking at my phone to find the nearest open FedEx location and as I was doing so, the FedEx employee asked me to leave the store. I was confused and he repeatedly told me to "get the f*** out" and threatened to call the police on me. I asked him what I was doing and he responded with, "You would know better than me," and started coming at me, continuing to threaten to call the police. I left the store. I am utterly humiliated and angry, and am completely in shock as to why I would receive such treatment at FedEx. This type of hatred and verbal assault is completely unacceptable and unwelcome in San Francisco.

I work around the area and I always have things to ship out but it's very disappointing that the closest FedEx is also the one with terrible customer service. I've only seen two employees work here, a woman and a man who is always wearing a blue collared button-up shirt. The man is the one who I have a problem with. From my first encounter with him to my last, it always seems like he has a problem doing anything. He always hides in the back or pretends he's super busy doing something on the computer. You can't even ask him a question without him sounding super irritated. His voice, in general, is very monotone and unenthusiastic. I've had my last straw with him today when I came in just to drop off a package. I'm pretty damn sure he saw me walk in and didn't acknowledge or assist me right away. Again, looking super "busy" doing nothing. I decided that I wasn't going to wait anymore so I walked up to him only to be told "I'll be with you in a minute" without any eye contact whatsoever. He just kept staring at the computer screen... he then came over, scanned the package, threw the receipt on the scale, and proceeded to walk away while mumbling "thank you". Like how rude? Do you need to be trained about customer service or do you need help looking for another job because it seems like you don't care to work there at all? Lesson learned, not coming here anymore. I rather tire myself out and walk a few more blocks to another FedEx store than having to talk to this idiot.
