people here is so slow！and with pretty bad service！ they don’t understand people’s needs ! If they don’t want this job please stay at home and leave the space to others who have patience to it.

I’m a big fan of FedEx and usually have great experiences at other store locations. But I was really disappointed with the service at this shipping point.
The employees seemed unhappy to assist customers and appeared irritated or frustrated throughout my visit. At one point, it felt as though we, the customers, were inconveniencing them or I honestly felt like we were the ones expected to serve them. I hope this location improves their service and behaviour because it definitely doesn’t reflect the quality I usually expect from FedEx.

People are okay but services are half baked. No tape for taping return boxes. FedEx/Walgreens process needs upgrades.

No one working at the counter so it took at least 10 minutes for me to drop off a package… they’re SOOOO incredibly slow
