Over last month I had been working with Kirk and Kristian on bids for several orders. The entire team was absolutely helpful, supportive and super responsive. I really cannot express how thankful I am for their support throughout this process as it required a lot of patience on this entire teams' side. I was just blown away by their customer service and for making sure I had the best quality prints and pricing. I would highly recommend using FedEx for printing services at this location- they were amazing to work with. HUGE THANK YOU!

Wednesday, 09/06/2023 8:30 am PDTFedEx Office Store, 1400 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103Date of TWO (2) STAR Counter CS Experience, Friday, 09/01/2023 late morning.Hopefully, there was FedEx - Instore Video Camera Surveillance footage, which documents this post. If there is any contradictions to my post, I will immediately change the attitude & details of this review.I am clueless and I do not understand why the other male FedEx Employee, who was behind the counter "forced me to wait approximately ten (10) Minutes" - for no reason, before he chose to help.Unfortunately - I inadvertently assumed that the friend of the young woman at the counter, who was being serviced (most graciously) by a female FedEx employee, was leaning against a counter by the Mission Street window. After several minute of waiting behind her, she finally told me that she was not on line. Hmm.The young woman at counter appeared to have a complicated transaction with many details. Not an issue at all for me to wait. The male FedEx employee was further behind the counter. He looked directly at me waiting and then went back to what his doing. Okay!?Service Problem: He just took an inordinate amount of time to acknowledge me, or even asking me - if I needed assistance with picking up a diverted package to this FedEx SF Office location.When he finally came to the counter, his attitude was anything close to being welcoming, friendly, or even having basic business cordiality customer service manners.Again, it should be well documented on the instore video surveillance camera.I just do not get this type of unnecessary low energy instore customer service. This is an unnecessary experience to have to deal with - at least SMILE!I had used this FedEx Mission Street location several times before. The previous FedEx Counter Employees were all positive and engaged. This is why this situation was such a disappointment to me.I will not be coming back to FedEx 1400 Mission Street, SF, CA. I need to find a new most customer service receptive location.I purposedly have used this FedEx "Pick-Up" location when I receive packages that are expensive. I do not feel comfortable nor OK having them sit in the lobby of my building. There have been several difficult incidents recently. Only one machine and will charge you extra if you need your stuff done $2.60 so if you need one photocopy done they would charge you $$2.80 if someone is there before you. The machine had to be reset in order to work this happened after each userThe employee there sounded more like a robot than a human. Mumbling a script required by upper and Senior Management.

Kirk was super helpful and it was a short wait to get help. It’s very easy to upload a print service online and then pick it up there the next day.

Only come here if you want the rudest service from Kirk! I am truly amazed FedEx allows this guy to keep his job! Boycott this location and take your business elsewhere.

This is about the dumbest place ever. When you report not receiving your package they give you a confirmation number, you follow up on it then they put you on hold then hang up on you. What a sorry a** company.

Service I was in line to print a sheet and after 15 minutes they tell me to do it by myself. I couldn't do it cause was my first time and no one gave me a hand!! unhelpful staff!

One of the worst customer service experiences. One of the staff members, Hector, was incredibly rude. He said, "You are wasting my time telling me this story," as I was explaining the situation surrounding a package that FedEx failed to deliver for 4 days straight. I was the only customer in the store and before I came in he was casually scrolling through his phone, so there was nothing to waste there.

Daniel Valenzuela from FedEx Freight delivery went above and beyond when it came to helping me bring in a large shipment that I was not equip for. Usually freight delivery means they just drop off curbside but when he saw I was alone receiving the package he didn't hesitate to help me bring it inside. It was by far the best customer service I've received in my entire life!!

I use FedEx a lot for work. The staff at this store is incredibly friendly. I used to frequent a FedEx store that is much closer to my work, but the customer service wasn't good and my orders were constantly messed up. Credit to Kirk and the team here. Not only did they complete a print order in a timely manner, they called to clarify a detail on my order instructions. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness here. Thank you!
