The older man with white hair and beard behind the counter was extremely rude for no reason! I came to drop off a package and wasn’t in any hurry, just patiently waiting to be helped. He aggressively barked me to wait, TWICE, even though I wasn’t being pushy at all and was simply existing in the store.
The second time was especially crazy because I was already being helped by a woman (who was great) and was just standing to the side in case she needed anything else from me. The lady even had to tell him to back off, she was already helping me. Don’t know what his issue was but it was definitely kind of upsetting.

We’ve had a consistently wonderful experience with the local FedEx team on Market Street for all our printing and shipping needs for over the past year. The staff are all friendly, professional, and incredibly reliable – they get everything right. I appreciate their attention to detail, quick turnaround times, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I love this FedEx location and I go there all the time - probably once a week. The staff are friendly and helpful and the line is rarely long. There is always parking available in their lot next door and I've always gotten what I needed. A big Thank you Shout-out to DaLyn who rushed yesterday to get my package ready right before the pick up team came by - this meant that my package arrived to Hawaii next-day instead of slower 2-3 day timing I would have received otherwise. Thank you FedEx team on Market!

This is a huge shoutout to Jennifer, from the 1967 Market St. center. I went in today with a bit of a nuanced situation related to large furniture package I had on hold at this center. Jennifer's customer centricity, empathy, communication and helpfulness were all par excellence. Not only did she help me address this nuanced situation, she brightened up my day to believe deeply that there are good people everywhere. Thanks Jennifer!

The heavy-set lady behind the counter was just awful. When I walked up to the counter to ask for help, she begrudgingly got out of the chair and walked towards the counter. I needed help in printing a document on one of the copying machines. She had a look of painful irritation after I asked for her help. She did nothing but hand me a card and went back to her chair. It was as if I was interrupting her. Absolutely awful customer service. I went to the store on Kearny Street and there was a gentleman there who very happily helped me. He actually did the entire job for me. Top notch customer service. The lady at the Market Street store needs to be replaced.
