Had a good experience here. Needed to make a return and they helped me with selecting a box, packaging, and printing the label. David was super helpful. Parking was tricky (this was a Monday morning), but I found a street spot on Dolores close to the intersection.

This is my closest Fedex, which is why I go here. BUT every time I am dropping off a package, it doesn't matter which worker is there, they switch up what they want you to do. Doesn't matter if there is anyone in line or not, but it's so confusing whether the self-service dropbox is what you're supposed to be using, or if you're supposed to wait in line. Each time, the workers switch up what they tell you to do, and then treat you like you should know which thing to use. Infuriating. Regardless, I dropped off a very heavy/big package, which the worker told me to put it in the dropbox. Okay?? Smash all the other packages? Figure out your policies so you don't treat your customers like trash.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and have always received great service. Most recently David helped me email and print some labels for my packages, which was a big help.

This FedEx is so efficient with printing projects. Last minute I needed a poster printed apresentation. I put the order in late the night before, and I called at 8 AM the next day to see if it could be rushed. THEY HAD ALREADY PRINTED IT! This is not my first amazing experience with this location. They are miracle workers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lewis was rude. Poor customer service. I had a shipping label for a priority overnight shipment that needed to be printed, and Lewis made me use the print and go printer despite already paying a ton for the overnight rate. When I came back, another person helped me - this person said, oh, why did you print out the label, we could have done it for you.Lewis should be fired.

I went to the store to print and bind my document. Tony was very prompt in satisfying my request for a price quote. When I saw the additional $30 fee on my purchase, I asked what it was and Tony informed me it was for priority same-day printing. I had other follow up questions which he promptly answered. I told him that I also wanted to ship the document to arrive Monday, and so I did not need the document rushed if I could achieve that goal. But he and I were told that FedEx would ship it Monday and could get it there same day but at a much higher cost. I said never mind, but if it won’t get there by Monday then I do not need the priority shipping. He understood and said he would talk to his manager about having the charge removed when I came to pickup the document.When I left, Tony called me to confirm details about the printing that were very important to me because I was preparing the document for a new client. Lastly, he called me about an hour later to confirm that FedEx COULD ship it today (Saturday) to arrive Monday and achieve my desired timeline.Had Tony not followed up with a call, I would have missed this window and been disappointed. Instead, he knew my goals and went above and beyond to work with me to achieve them.The package is now on the way and will arrive as planned. Thank you Tony and FedEx.

In a world where customer service doesn't seem to exist, I was amazed by the attention and level of excellent customer service provided at Kinko's on Market Street. Charles, has gone above and beyond to help me with an order that the Kinko's website messed up. He has called to check up on the order several times and was dedicated to helping me fix my problem. I'm very impressed!

This is the sweetest post office I’ve ever been in my life. Charles is very very patient to wait for me. And when I see a young lady next to me is telling Lewis about some complicated task she needs, Lewis said kindly, “don’t worry, we are here to help.” All the people in this office are one of the kindest human being I’ve ever met.

I thought coming here would be a better experience than Sloat, and somehow I was even more disappointed. Just like the Sloat location, the machines and cutters are in such poor shape, that I can't use most of the material I complete here. The lamination I made was full of dust, causing permanent little gaps along the whole piece. This Market St. location has perfume or air freshener in such horrific volumes I leave with my head spinning, wondering if I will make it back outside without falling down the brick steps. I think this is the last time I deal with FedEx print services at all.

The employees at this location are rude and simply do not want to do the bare minimum. I went to a cashier to send a package and instead of helping me they took me to a self serve machine to show me how to do it myself. In the time he took to do this whole ordeal, he could have just helped with my initial ask.

Every time I have to come here, my brain melts just a little bit more! Next time I need to print something I plan on buying my own printer so I can keep any remaining cells. Last night I sent over a print job, and offered to come get it today or tomorrow. At 11am today, Owen (?) called me and I asked if he had any questions about the print job. He said it would be done today and I told him I’d be by to pick it up between 4-6pm. I showed up at 5 and it was, of course, not done. He said he could print it right then for me, but he would have to charge me an additional $17 for a rush job…even though 6 hours earlier he said it would be done and ready for me to pick up this afternoon. Avoid at all costs.
