I had problems using the printing machine and Eric from Fedex came to help me out. He was very helpful and guided me on the steps. He went out of his way to ensure that I got my documents printed. Thank you Eric.

This has been my local fedex for the past 2-3 years, consistently bad, lazy, unhelpful service. Between trying to pick up packages held at location taking forever / multiple people, no one being able or willing to take passport photos. But today I finally was motivated enough to post about it when I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told i wasn't allowed to drop off a prepaid and labeled shipment. No reason was given when i asked, i checked online beforehand that my package was well within any size/ weight requirements. This FedEx location fails at the most basic tasks.... I hope it gets replaced by a UPS store.

I went to get my passport photo taken and also a digital copy printed. Service was friendly, fast and convenient. Great experience overall.

Service can be very uneven, sometimes fast/helpful, sometimes like visiting the DMV. But the biggest problem is that I have to go there at all. The real problem is that FEDEX drivers consistently fail to deliver packages addressed to my home (they can't seem to understand how a gate buzzer works and instead just claim I was not at home). So I have to reroute packages to this drop center and pick them up myself. Don't use FEDEX!

Scam! Do not go! Went to print a document. They did a hold for $10 then all of a sudden the machine froze. He unplugged then wanted me to pay another $10 dollars. This was simply to print a 2 page form. Absolute scam artist working here.

I've used this place for different stuff over the years. It's not great, but the staff are generally helpful, and they have many different services.

Big heads up to Mr. JAMES clown. What a lazy, ignorant, waste of space. Must really be hard to find good labor if this guy actually has a job. He makes customers wait and wait and wait when nobody else is working the front and there are no other customers being helped. And this isn't the first time. WHY this time? Cuz he's busy writing personal emails and surfing the internet. Tells me to wait and I end up waiting for almost 10 mins. He then comes up to me with a chip on his shoulder likes he's doing ME a favor and tells me that he'll help me with my package even though he's on lunch break and he shouldn't have to work at that time. Ok bro, like I give crap. You're the only one working the front. Do your job, nobody cares abt your personal problems. SMH.

Went here for the first time to drop off a ton of international mail. Super rude customer service, the lady basically told me I packaged my stuff wrong and then told me they weren't going to waste their time redoing it, and if it there is issues with it, oh well. I let her know that I literally mailed the same exact thing at another FedEx location the day before and no one said anything. Personally I think they didn't want to do some work, because as I was walking in, they looked bored out of their minds.Do better FedEx. If we do something wrong packaging something, let us know, oh and teach your employees on Harrison Street better customer service manners.
