Alex is simply horrible. When I change numbers of copies to make twice, he simply said "my god". He just lets me wait, takes care of other people and keeps asking for a 10 rating for a survey. Although I live in Hilton, I will go farther to other Fedex Print for my second batch of printing. I felt very humiliated by him.

They want to charge $10 extra fees for a prepaid express shipping package just because it is located inside of a hotel.Avoid doing business with this location.

When you walk in the Hilton, make a right and youwill see the FedEx store down the hall. The store is small. It has a few computers to use. There were two associates working when I stopped by on a Tuesday morning around 10. There was no line.I was helped by Chaimae. She was welcoming and helpful. She helped me with shipping my box.I would've given this place 5 stars, but they add an additional fee to ship something just because they are located in a hotel. See image attached to my review. I think that is ridiculous because FedEx is a huge corporation and can afford to NOT charge these extra fees. I was surprised when they explained this to me but I had to ship my package, so I had to eat the cost anyway. Not sure if I'd come back to this location because of the extra shipping fees, but service was great.

My second time at this location will be my last...bummer because it's a block closer than the one on Mason and Ellis but it's worth the extra few steps to be treated with a friendly smile. This is the second time I have been made to feel like I am bothering the clerk simply for being there. My queries were met with monosyllabic, negative responses and she flat out refused to let me email my 3 pages to her to print, insisting that I use the self service, even after I explained that I had trouble with it and preferred the direct email; she said "I can do it for u but u have to send it to the self service email". I didn't bother to explain that it wasn't a question of my misunderstanding the machine; it simply didn't take my bank card and the last clerk (also with a heavy sigh) said to use their other email (and of the dozen or more locations I have been to no one else has ever had a problem printing from that email). Her rudeness was leaning into pathological territory so I left.

Terrible employees and location. I was there yesterday with a Fedex prepaid label and a box to ship. She said there is extra handling fees per pound since its inside a hotel. Oh also they don’t print your label from barcode. They are pathetic. Will never go to them ever again.

I'm actually surprised to find that this place has such low stars! Ever since I stopped owning a printer, this location has been my go-to. It's not crowded and very efficient. I like how quiet this place is. I can always be in and out really fast. Also the place is kept clean as I have seen the employee clean the place often. Note: There is always a $10 hold on your account, but it clears within a few days and the correct amount is charged.

This location does not accept QR-code item returns, despite being a valid FedEx Office location. They should rebrand as something like "FedEx Hotel" or "FedEx Business Center".

F-INg joke. Hours posted online google the Kinkos website and on their door says they open at 6:30a. They aren't open. I can't believe that or aren't any 24 hour Kinkos open 24/7 in the city. People need things printed by 7a for business. Where the f do you print in the night in San Fran.

Their self service printers are 20¢ for black and white print but jump up to $1.69 for color! Highway robbery!! (In Austin it is 15¢ b+w and 59¢ for color). Even with San Francisco prices being higher than other cities the difference between color and not is far greater.

Don’t you dare try and drop off a package here. A whopping 10$ PER PACKAGE!! When the clerk told me, I said to her face “That’s the stupidest thing I have ever heard”, and walked out. Either Walgreens on Post Street accepts FedEx packages 24/7 for FREE.

The lady who worked there was amazing and the service was great. 3 stars for the added hotel surcharge fee to use their services.
