Bridgette! Bridgette! Bridgette! She is my HERO! I went there to download some material and make copies. I was very apprehensive as I am not very confident technologically. I was struggling based on what another employee told me. Bridgette saw me struggle and offered to help me. Immediately I felt better because of her positive “this will be no problem” spirit that didn’t exist with the previous help. Bridgette found the solution and went to work right away to get the job done. I was elated! I want to acknowledge Bridgette for her great spirit and experience to solve my project. Once in a while I see someone who is a rare find as an employee and Bridgette is that one. Instead of feeling perplexed and almost hopeless with the previous persons help, I left feeling so grateful I found Bridgette. Thank you Bridgette!

The heavyset lady behind the counter was just awful. I needed help with printing a document. When I went up to the counter to ask for help, she begrudgingly got up out of her chair and slowly walked toward the counter. She had a look of pain and irritation as if I interrupted something. She did nothing but hand me a card with so called instructions and went back to her chair. She was absolutely useless and showed no concern. She did nothing to help me with my printing job. How she feels entitled to treat customers that way is beyond my comprehension. I subsequently went to the nearby store on Kearny street and had a very different experience. The gentleman who was standing behind the counter could not have been more polite and helpful. He offered exceptionally good service.

Had an amazing experience at this Fedex! Bridgette was super knowledgeable and helpful with my last minute print orders. Also extremely well stocked compared to other Fedex’s that I’ve been to!!

I had to wait 45+ minutes to ship a small item. Guess what, still hasn't shipped. Staff members were painfully slow! Avoid this location at any cost!!!

Wow I don’t often post reviews but this place has amazing service - I spent 30min at the paper cutter near closing and witnessed employees patiently helping every customer that walked in even past closing time (I was slow so ended up staying 20min past closing without anyone rushing me to leave). Full service printing was also super helpful with free sample prints and efficiently helping me adjust margins on my print. Definitely coming back here for any future printing needs. Thank you!
