I'm only giving one star because zero isn't an option. I expected a package at my hotel, and you handed it to a complete stranger who doesn't even work here. You can't even confirm if you delivered it to the right address. After you realized about your error you've ignored all my messages asking for an update. This is, without a doubt, the most incompetent and infuriating customer service I have ever experienced

Great printing & exceptional customer service! I had a few last minute posters, name cards and prints that I needed for an event & Chani made sure everything was printed perfectly & on time. Can’t thank Chani and the team here enough for their help. Definitely recommend this FedEx location for your printing needs.

Had some business cards printed and it was so bad I decided to eat the cost and go somewhere else. The color was so off and the card was slightly better than a piece of paper. The only good thing was that I had it processed in 24 hours. Don’t recommend using FedEx for business cards.

I don’t understand why this place has low ratings. I went there at around 8:20 am it was opened and the staff was very nice. Before coming here I stopped by several printing places (rushprint, alpha graphcis) with good reviews but failed to use there as they moved/closed but was not reflected in the google map.

Itemed didn't come in a package and the Asian female refused the return going back to Walmart and this location needs to be closed permanently it didn't come in a package or a box second time at this location and won't go back there ever again I told her that and I had a QR code and she still refused to have it reshipped back to Walmart and it didn't come in a package or a box shut this location permanently and fire her and her coworker and not to allow them to work for FedEx or UPS anywhere

Yeah it is an inconvenience. Just carried a huge box here and find this despite their opening hours saying otherwise.

Customer Service is a joke. Rude, and walks away and doesn’t answer questions. I have a QR code to scan and he insists I Email the label! Then they tell me I have to purchase a box to ship my product back in after I was told I do not have to by receiving company!

Marie has been our go to for many years and always makes sure that our orders are done right! She takes extra care and consideration to ensure top quality and fast turn arounds which has not always been the case in the past before we had Marie on the case! Whenever we have signage that needs to be taken care of we rely on her attention to detail and product knowledge. Thank you from all of us at Padis Jewelry!

Super friendly, and did a great quick turnaround on a print job. I was able to fly in and pickup.
