Today I showed up at 8:55 and then waited for one hour to send a package. There was only one person in front of me in the line. When I asked to send my package (i just needed a QR code scanned) I was told the other customer was more important because she had been in the office the day before.

Very rude service :/ The clerk started raising his voice to tell me the QR was not valid anymore, which I had acknowledged ahead of time and he kept yelling the same thing instead of letting me explain or provide any help :/

Sofia the trainee is really nice and working hard. Louis took 40 minutes to try and print out 5 pictures, was very slow and then told us he is leaving for lunch. We ended up waiting for his colleague to print stuff out.

An excellent employee of the Marie office solved a very difficult problem for me: the computer could not recognize the file with my documents and she changed the file format several times, used several email addresses, because a complex email was attached to my iPhone, which was blocked in the USA. And she did it great! I was already desperate that I would leave without printed documents, but Marie and her assistant Cory did a great job! Thank you for your politeness, competence, patience and humanity during this difficult period in my life. Or they could simply refuse for a simple reason - I don’t know English. But Marie used her tablet and did a great job with the help of Google Translated! I thank you from the bottom of my heart and recommend the office and the work of its employees!

Incredibly helpful with two big printing jobs that required lamination and several edits. Super patient, made good recommendations, and never once made me feel rushed or unwelcome.

Aligning with other reviews I’ve seen on here, constantly not respecting their own operation hours consistently wasting a great deal of time.Doors are locked before closing time with staff seeing you point blank at that and then go to the back to be remain seen as though they’re playing peek-a-boo with you in real-time.Disappointing and hope it’s just specific workers way too eager to be off work usually trying to ship packages when this happens at the end of the week.

No regard for bike lane. FedEx Drivers barrel right over plastic barriers and block bike lane throughout day causing bikers to swerve into car traffic

This FedEx is such an immense waste of time. I don't know if it changed management or what, but it never used to be this bad!Last-last time I was here, I waited over 30 min past opening hours on a weekday and no one ever showed up to open. Even another customer and driver were stuck outside. I eventually gave up and went to a competitor.Other times has been extremely slow service no matter the time of day, and pushy staff (probably management after reading other reviews) who won't take no for an answer after declining upsells several times. It isn't worth the headache to deal with all their... issues.

As an international visitor, I was fortunate to have Sharelle and especially Bridgette in helping me with the whole process. What I thought was going to be a difficult process turns out otherwise. Bridgette was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. FedEx is very fortunate to have Bridgette and Sharelle as your team members. Well done ladies.

Very slow, I wish they had a place to scan packages for drop off and then receive a receipt. The staff is generally pretty nice though

The youngest employee there was the most competent and thoughtful, while the manager simply lied to avoid printing something that takes 8 minutes total, because it's 20 minutes to closing.I'd strongly suggest FedEx fire their entire management staff and just promote the youngest employees and start from there. There is literally no way they could be worse.

This place is slower than the DMV. I come in many times a week to drop off prepaid packages and I always get a receipt. Waiting for someone to give a receipt is like wasting 15 minutes of your life just watching the employees move like sloths.
