I want to echo the numerous poor customer service reviews and also say that I don't go out of my way to write reviews this bad too often (this is the 3rd or 4th time). I've been coming to this location for years because it's next to the immigration court in downtown for quick printing. It's never quick because they don't help. I get on the computer and it often doesn't work. And often get charged a LOT for like 4-5 pages I need to print.This entire time I've been doing this stupid crap since before Covid even FedEx apparently has this feature called "print and go" that costs like $4 bucks and is easy and fast: but these a**holes wanna charge my credit card more so they never told me about it. Just learned about it the other day. WOW. What to do to warn the public what a terrible store you are. Seriously just go to another location downtown or use the machines yourself and don't ask for help. Why did no one tell me about print and go? I've been coming here forever.I think FedEx in San Francisco in general just cares about making a lot of money and not really customers. I really feel like they just think I'm annoying when I come in there and I'm like "is the printer working?" Why don't I just go to the damn library?? You guys have charged me a lot of money over the years to use your computer when the whole time I didn't even have to. Ridiculous

Harold had no hesitation in providing his excellent service when I brought in three huge size of picture frames for shipment. He confirmed he had the boxes needed, and managed to have the frames carefully packed. It was a job far more challenging than you could imagine. Harold did it all by himself, from carrying, measuring, packing, bubble wrapping, and making shipment. I feel bad when I saw him sweating and exhausted from the hard work, but still managed to give his kind and patient smile to me. It was amazing how much effort Harold have been given. He gave me a good estimated time he needs, so that I could plan ahead. Harold is amazing. Employee of the year.

I've used this Center for Business and Personal projects. We worked with Paul on a pretty expensive and complicated order. Paul was gracious, patient and helpful. The order had to be completed yesterday like all orders typically are. The result was a happy boss which is priceless. I've also placed simple personal orders online. Paul was just as thorough and professional for a $5.00 order.If you work in downtown and need something created, copied or printed, go see Paul and his crew. They are the best
