Yesterday, July 26th, in the morning, I went to this place to print some documents. There was only one person serving, and when I asked about the service, his response was very rude. He didn't even look at me. He told me to do the process alone and that if I couldn't, then I should go somewhere else. I don't understand why they put this type of person in customer service if they don't have the patience or the training.

This place was great Jerome the store manager was super helpful both times we came here on short notice and they still got everything done as quick as possible. They are very quick for shipping as well and their office supplies are great prices and not over priced like some of the stores around here. Lastly if you are going to the Indian consulate this is the closest and best shipping and coping place you will find. Thank for all the help Jerome!

Jerome and Derrick were very helpful in assisting me getting something same day printed. Jerome went above and beyond, he was so gracious and really made me feel so calm even though I was in a pinch. This is definitely going to be my new go to place moving forward! Thank you guys!

I was assisted by Jerome at store number 4443 on 120 Bush street, San francisco, California 94104. Jerome was amazing at helping me with getting a scientific poster printed on short notice. Even though the store's printer server went down, Jerome went above and beyond to help me get my poster printed at a nearby store. I couldn't be more thankful for his help!

Fedex Employee told me at 5pm on a Monday to walk to another Fedex because hes too busy. I walked to a UPS instead - hire more staff if your current ones are too incompetent to process a package

I went in to this FedEx to ship my passport off to a consulate (ridiculous, I know, I could have just walked it over there, but they wouldn't allow me to submit without a tracking number). The lady there was very sweet and helpful, charged me $13 for FedEx Ground shipping (including packaging), and told me multiple times it would arrive next day (in fact that's what it says on my receipt). I left the store, very chuffed at how easy this all was, and figured I'd get word back from the consulate in a few days to let me know everything was ready for pickup. Well, I just went online to track my package and it seems FedEx Ground ACTUALLY can take UP TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT. Now my passport is stuck in FedEx limbo and I may not be able to travel. THANKS FOR NOTHING, HELPFUL LADY.
