The hours on the door says it’s open 10am-6pm on a Saturday.
I’m here at 12:50pm on a Saturday and it’s locked up and closed.

Every time I come here, there is never anyone in line. Yet when I ask to ship items, the associates always ask me if Ive used the self serving kiosk before. Then they mansplain how to use the kiosk instead of just quickly scanning everything in. What is the point of having associates if everything is automated now.

Huge shout out to Lucas at the 400 Howard Street location. We needed to ship multiple boxes overnight to the East Coast. The initial cost for 2-day shipping was going to be an exorbitant amount (shame on us for waiting until the last minute to ship!). Lucas suggested we try repackaging our items into the FedEx One Rate Shipping boxes and was so helpful in trying out different size boxes to find one that worked to repack our items to fit. Success! We ultimately able to reduce our quote for shipping by more than half by using the One Rate boxes. Lucas was friendly, patient and helpful while we repacked everything in the store. I appreciated that he could see my initial concern of the price of shipping and offered a suggestion to save our company some money. I will definitely revisit this location for future shipping needs. Thank you Lucas, and his manager Kirsten, for their help and patience!

Would probably give it a lower rating given the option. The staff is rude and unhelpful, I had a heavy package I needed to send and just wanted a receipt. They told me to scan the package then proceeded to laugh at me from behind the counter.
I then brought the package to the guy behind the counter who acted reluctantly to take it, I didn’t want to drop it into the box and damage what was inside. I’ll just go to the bush street fedex from now on, I’ve always gotten a bad feeling about the men working at the 400 Howard location.
I don’t think fedex should keep staff who treat people this way. I notified corporate.

My organization needed oversized documents to be printed for a sports tournament, so I visited about an hour before closing. Our PDFs ended up being not sized properly, but FedEx very kindly helped us trim off the excess space and make the print job look professional. The team was very welcoming, kind, and patient with me. Everything turned out great, and it only took around 15 minutes. Thank you so much, Luis and Lucas!

Bad customer service. Don't deliver package to this location.
I went there to pick up my husband's package in the afternoon. It is a rental camera for our annual trip we've been planning for so long. My husband's name is on the package but not mine. I showed my ID, same residential address as my husband's. But I was told I am not allowed to pick up my husband's package because my name must show on the package. I asked if a different method would work - if I call my husband and he can give me the authorization to pick up his package. The staff checked with his manager and said it is not allowed. I talked to the manager explained the situation why my husband can't pick up his package himself and we really need this camera today as our flight depart 6am in the morning when the store is not even opened. Still not getting a green light to go. I was told my name has to be on that package. This is the regulations they've been followed for someone else pick up packages, even though that's my husband's package and we have the same residential address. The manager and staff left and continued greeting other customers with my issue unsolved.

Please do not get help from Luis*. We’ve been here multiple times to get help with printing or cutting and each time it is done poorly or incorrectly. We would have saved money and time doing it ourselves (which we had to).
It’s possible we come when the assistance is poor as well… or maybe we should only do shipping at a FedEx….
I recommend traveling a bit further for your needs.
