Friendly staff, the hours open are ideal for me as the other FedEx offices near me, all close at 6 pm, and this one closes at 7pm!

The customer service here is second to none. I needed a last minute sign for a golf tournament. I received not only helpful (and speedy) assist of setting the document up, but after realizing the delivery timing would be tight, they called the store closest to the tournament allowing me to pivot the actual production to that store. The store manager is a gem. She went so above and beyond and in this day of corporate crap where people don't follow through, I would gladly bring my business here again in the future. I don't often leave reviews but felt I needed to reward this store and it's management. Thank you again.

Nice and kind staff. However, the personalized printing service here is not good on Monday afternoons at least regarding smaller printing sizes (5.75 x 8.75 in). I normally go to the location in Oakland Downtown and they have been able to work with this size, but at this location they couldn't figure it out how to print on that size. It is just too sad FedEx bought Kinko's, which specialized on printing, and now they don't even keep people who can work their own printers.

Right at the Drumm St corner of Four Embarcadero (they appear to have moved, judging from earlier photos). Friendly staff and easy printing via email. Cutter is available plus a limited but useful selection of office supplies.

Excellent service and professional. I walked in here at 5:30pm and it was not too busy. The gentleman behind the counter was very professional and helpful and friendly. $15 to ship a box to LA from SF.

I did not think I would ever leave a review for a FedEx, but Jess is an absolute gem! She was so patient and helpful! She even came running outside to bring me something I forgot in the store! She did it all with a smile too! Hands down the best customer service ever.

Claudia (and another male worker who I didn't catch the name of) was very helpful in getting an urgent print and binding job done quickly and efficiently! Claudia was excellent and helped follow up with a phone call as promised when the order was ready for pick up--lota of places promise to call but never do. The man was really funny and engaging while we had some down time while Claudia prepared a sample print for us. Jess(?) also helped us find our corporate code to save a little money, which was greatly appreciated. Really great service from the team, thank you so much for making things so easy!

The worst Fedex in SF. Their systems don’t work, computers are down, and employees don’t care at all. Most unhelpful. The employee was arrogant, directed me to a computer which didn’t work, and then needed to be called back 10 times. She was horrid and ruined my day. I’m late for my appointment because of her incompetence.

I had an urgent print job of 100+ workbooks and the team (Jess, Lucretia, and Harry) at FedEx 4 Embarcadero helped me get the job done! They were extremely accommodating, had 2 team members stay till 10pm to get the job done. I was EXTREMELY appreciative for how they responded to the request (same day) with urgency and excellent customer service! I kept thanking them over and over again because they truly went above and beyond! Thank you team! You saved the day, made me look like a hero, and did with a smile and exceptional service! THANK YOU!

Technical issue and arrogant workerFedex never fails to disappoint me. I choose this Fedex in order to get a prepaid shipping label and envelope for my visa application. This is the closest one near the Consulate. When I arrived early in the morning, the woman working there told me I have to go online to request a label. She turned on the computer for me but didn't tell me what to do. She is arrogant and impatient. And she tried to imply I messed up her computer so she turned on a new computer for me. On both computer I cannot get a prepaid shipping label. Then she admit there might be a technical issue and asked me to use my own laptop to log in Fedex website.When I log in Fedex website using my own laptop I was finally able to get on the webpage needed. However, the payment page doesn't work! It said the CVV of credit card cannot be left blank, even through I already put CVV in! I switched 3 credit cards but the website just not working. Later this woman came and admit there might be another technical issue with this website. She suggest me to call Fedex help line.So I end up spending 30 mins in this location, do nothing but dealing with its website technical issue. Not getting my prepaid shipping label, and running late for my visa appointment. If everything can be done on its stupid website, why bother opening this location???I thought the entire experience cannot be worse. No I was wrong! Two days later I found Fedex charged my credit card $5 for using their non-functional computer and messing up my appointment!! Thank you!

Claudia, Harry, and Lucretia worked as a team to help me understand and problem-solve my request. They went above and beyond to contact another FedEx location due to where I needed to pick up the print. They were very responsive and calm. They are experts!
