I had an urgent print job of 100+ workbooks and the team (Jess, Lucretia, and Harry) at FedEx 4 Embarcadero helped me get the job done! They were extremely accommodating, had 2 team members stay till 10pm to get the job done. I was EXTREMELY appreciative for how they responded to the request (same day) with urgency and excellent customer service! I kept thanking them over and over again because they truly went above and beyond! Thank you team! You saved the day, made me look like a hero, and did with a smile and exceptional service! THANK YOU!

Technical issue and arrogant workerFedex never fails to disappoint me. I choose this Fedex in order to get a prepaid shipping label and envelope for my visa application. This is the closest one near the Consulate. When I arrived early in the morning, the woman working there told me I have to go online to request a label. She turned on the computer for me but didn't tell me what to do. She is arrogant and impatient. And she tried to imply I messed up her computer so she turned on a new computer for me. On both computer I cannot get a prepaid shipping label. Then she admit there might be a technical issue and asked me to use my own laptop to log in Fedex website.When I log in Fedex website using my own laptop I was finally able to get on the webpage needed. However, the payment page doesn't work! It said the CVV of credit card cannot be left blank, even through I already put CVV in! I switched 3 credit cards but the website just not working. Later this woman came and admit there might be another technical issue with this website. She suggest me to call Fedex help line.So I end up spending 30 mins in this location, do nothing but dealing with its website technical issue. Not getting my prepaid shipping label, and running late for my visa appointment. If everything can be done on its stupid website, why bother opening this location???I thought the entire experience cannot be worse. No I was wrong! Two days later I found Fedex charged my credit card $5 for using their non-functional computer and messing up my appointment!! Thank you!

Claudia, Harry, and Lucretia worked as a team to help me understand and problem-solve my request. They went above and beyond to contact another FedEx location due to where I needed to pick up the print. They were very responsive and calm. They are experts!

I came in here today needing assistance with enlarging my late grandfathers picture for his memorial servicesHarry (along with all the staff I spoke with the phone beforehand) provided such excellent service. Harry was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He rendered a few examples and did the best he could to help provide a great picture. I haven’t even picked up my final photo yet, but I felt compelled to leave a stellar review for Harry since he was so easy to work with.Thanks again!

GLS is a subsidiary of Fed Ex. I contacted them to send me an alert to my phone when a pkg arrives. The last delivery they'd did but today I went outside and my pkg was outside our bldg. I was out on hold for 10 minutes before a rep answered. I emphasize to please send an alert for the next delivery. Geez, I liked them in the beginning as my pkg. was left inside the lobby. I was really happy. Now I'm disappointed in their service. I pray my next pkg won't be stolen since their service seems spotty. I went into their app and you need to pay $49.99 a year. Forget that!

I've sent many packages through this Fed Ex location and often wonder why I return. All the staff are pleasant and helpful, but one employee Ray is a nightmare. Too often Ray is the employee I meet at the counter. Despite walking up to the counter with a smile and pleasant attitude, Ray is always rude, condescending, unhelpful and clearly has some internal issues to work on before he should be interacting with in a service position.

I had five knitting books spiral bound for ease of use. I was a little worried that when cutting off the binding and adding the spiral there might be unreadable pages. No need to worry! This was so professionally done with attention to detail. Just perfect! I'll be back. Thank you Angela!

TLDR: Store manager and employees have terrible attitudes and customer service here does not exist. I was having one of the worst mornings of my life (not just minor inconveniences, like life stuff), and I just needed to return some things before I went into work. Figured I could go to the FedEx right by my office, and it would be quick and easy. Think again. The store manager (can't remember his name), and employee, Valery, treated me like I was invisible, would not greet me, didn't let me know they were helping a customer (it was not obvious that Valery was helping a customer at all), and wouldn't even look at me. I got impatient when Valery (without any explanation) started checking in packages that arrived after I came into the store; packages not from any customers, they were left there by a driver. In fact, by that time, there were no customers standing in line at all, just me. When I asked Valery if she had to do that before she helped me, she got very agitated, said yes, and began checking in the other packages. Then she did some weird passive aggressive thing where she asked me for the barcode for my return, and when I held it up for her to scan, she again completely ignored me, didn't say anything, kept checking in her packages, and I was just standing there holding my phone up for no reason. It was weird. When I asked if she was going to scan the barcode, she got really mad and went to get the manager. When the manager came out and I pointed out the downright embarrassing customer service that he and his employee gave, he couldn't argue (cuz facts) and told her she needed to help me. She definitely did not want to, and he had to tell her multiple times to help me. He did agree they did a bad job (he himself ignored me, made eye contact with me a few times after his customer left, but still would not help me and barely acknowledged I was there).I was having a really rough day, so I was definitely impatient, and I got upset faster than normal, but either way, the interaction here, and behavior on the parts of the employees were completely unprofessional and immature. Returning packages should not be this hard.

We were in a rush needing to print the menus for my sons' weeding celebration on a saturday afternoon. They did an extraordinary, very professional/quality work well in advance of promised delivery time. I was very satisfied.

Honestly the best fedex store I’ve ever been to. I’m a graphic designer and I’ve printed stuff at so many fedex stores across the country and this store has done the best job. Also the staff was delightful. 12/10 experience.
