Staff woman with red hair was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a small box to carry my print order in and she told me I needed to purchase a box. I told her in the past my orders of the same size came in a box but that didn’t make a difference to her. Unprofessional as hell

Went there to return something and when I got in I was asked to provide a qr code which I didn't have so I asked if they can create a return label from the information on the shipping label they said no so I searched it up online and it said yes I can these employees don't want to do their job

Best place for passport photos and urgent business cards.
Fedex created a passport photo that is perfectly compliant and that I will be happy with for the decade. The night before I went to a walgreens are returned my photo due to noncompliance. Fedex is the opposite: no shadows on the face or under the chin, well lit background no editing needed, and showed me the shots on the camera so I could make sure everything was in place and my face alert and neutral. My passport photos is both compliant and appealing (not like a mug shot). Complete patience from my photographer. Love it, ears and all.
This location is also lifesaver when an event surfaces and I’m low on fancy business cards. The quick cards look well good enough and better than showing up empty handed to a professional event. When fast is needed, this location does a good job. 100% recommended.

Best fedex location we’ve been to. Everyone was so helpful. Monique is amazing! Jackkrit, Jandler, and Amy are all the best. We had a complicated shipping order and they all took care of us.

Very bad, always ask me to provide a code, but they don't know how to get this code. Waste me 2 hours. First ask me to download a Fedex form, they thought this form has the code they needed, but after I filled out this form, they said there is no this code, then they ask me to call Fedex customer service to get this code, but unfortunatly, I still can't get it, I waited them to give me more info about this code, but they ignore me. Very poor service. Finally I decided to UPS, they only use 5 mins to ship my files.

To the staff that worked 2/9/25 - 2/10/25 including Destiny, Kirin and others, thank you so much for your patience with my print order. It was a last minute rush for my business and I have limited design experience except for Canva.
My file had several issues but they were so patient in helping me work through it in store. They've also been really busy, and kept lines moving as my order was more complex and required more attention.
Thank you all so much for your patience and help. Greatly appreciate it. You all deserve raises (corporate, take note here).

The employees here are really awesome and deserve to be recognized for their patience and excellence.
Time and time again, I have seen the employees offer amazing customer service to people who are frustrated.
Whenever I've had my own printing needs, the employees have been really helpful. Thank you to the staff here for always being exceptional!

Just tried to ship a rolled up photo print in a large shipping tube with this FedEx store. They quoted me $70 to have this sent from San Francisco to Los Angeles. I told them that was an extremely unreasonable price and they didn't seem to care at all. Ended up going to the USPS on Taraval- total cost to ship my large poster roll tube: $20 .. Needlessly to say I will never go back to this FedEx store again.

Didn't get her name, but a girl that had just started working there helped us. She was very helpful. We had to make copies and fax a few things. She was very polite and helped us do what we needed to do.
