Bald guy there wouldn’t give me my package cuz it was under my friends name I told him I can show him I order it or I can show him a pic of my friends Id he says no he literally had my box on the counter he could’ve just handed it to me but no bald guy wanted to give me hard time

The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Literally came in today with a package and a digital label (which should be accepted by any FedEx store) and the guy simply told me that they don't do that kind of service. He then proceeded by telling me that I needed to find a label for lithium batteries myself on the internet but wouldn't help me finding the right one. I went to a non-fedex drop off location nearby and the guy helped me and took my package without any issues.

One of the later last pickup times for Express packages (5:00 PM). The only other FedEx Ship Center location with a later last pickup time is the South San Francisco location (5:15 PM).
Check with the location to confirm, as they recently adjusted some times.

There would be reach to me by ant moving!!! There has been 12 days that I didn’t get my package. FedEx doesn’t allow the drivers to contact the customers. But my address is new building that not showing on the map. So the driver was failed to deliver. The only way delivery is call me( or the driver knows our building). I called the support more than 30 times. No useful. It’s so bad experience!!!! Now it’s 2025, FedEx system is so bad so low like 30 years ago !!!!! FedEx can set a menu to contact the customer but number is virtual like Uber. Now FedEx system couldn’t solve this problem, just let the driver deliver again and again, failed and failed again! It’s truly a big joke! It’s a famous company!

UPDATE: Every single delivery that has issue and delays and missing delivery dates is exclusively FedEx. If you want to send a check to someone and make they never receive it use FedEx.
Completely unreliable delivery company. Package that was supposed to be here in the am, was 2 minutes away, and now nobody knows where the delivery person is, and when the package is going to be here. To make things worse, when you are trying to see where the delivery person is on a map it stop letting you after they missed their delivery window. Avoid and use UPS.

The guy was really rude and told me to go to a different fedex. After I already had to take an uber to get there. Go to any other FedEx besides this one. I’ve been using FedEx consistently for 10+ years.

Can't be bothered to deliver packages to apartments.
Every other delivery service can figure it out but FedEx will post picture of maintaince doors or other buildings as proof they tried ...

The entire staff and their system are inadequate. They have failed to deliver packages, and sometimes left packages outside the building. When you attempt to pick up the packages, they inform you that their system is down. However, it is not only the delivery system that is down; it is also the system for receiving packages. It appears that they are not motivated to work for you.
