The black lady at the front desk got an attitude. Probably not having a good day but it’s not fair to mistreat other customers that way especially if I'm there just to pick up a package. The other associates were fairly nice though when they went to check on the driver who was supposed to be there on time.

Driver didn't ring the intercom or call my number that's posted on the door. Package costs 300 because it's from out of the country and still haven't received it. It's 3 day service and this is the 6 day. Try DHL

these people at fed ex including the idiot who runs the place on marin st in sf dont give a goddamn about their customers. I asked them to stio delivering a package to me as I was at work and coudnt sign for it, but they tried to deliver 5 times. finally i got a fedex rep on the phone who promised it would be at the marin st location and I could pick up in the next 2 days. well they tried to deliver again today while i was at work and when i called to ask why they didnt hold at the fedex location like they siad they would i was told the package is now being sent back to the sender and even though its on their fedex truck, there was no way to het it back. these ppl dont care about their jobs probably cause fedex treats them like crap. what a terrible incompetent organization NO STARS FOR THESE USELESS INDIVIDUALS

Delivery expected before 12pm. At 9am I get a notification delivery was attempted at 8:57 but it never was. No one knocked and the building front desk said no FedEx agent came. I called the help number and they weren’t able to do anything other than tell me to take a chance again the next day or go pick it up myself at a far away FedEx location. Every time I have a FedEx delivery this happens. It’s getting ridiculous. I would’ve never used FedEx if it wasn’t the shipper’s imposed choice. Avoid at all costs.

terrible service, never delivered TODAY like planned. I was home all day waiting for my international package I paid a lot for. Again it was international its been in sf for now 24 hours. today MONDAY it arrived sunday after waiting all day I got a notification saying it wasn't coming today at 5:38 pm after I had been waiting all day. best part I am the first apartment I can see and hear everything. They did not even come by my home.

The system show the package will be coming between 9am to 1 pm, so I open the door for a whole day to wait for the signature needed for the package. At 1:30pm, when I look at the online delivery status, it shows that at 1:21pm customer not available or business closed.After I call the customer service number at 3:30pm, they tell me that my package will be delivered again today, but again no one shows up. I checked online again to see where the package is, but it turns out that the package was sent back to the shipping office instead of being delivered.The delivery driver was a liar. He never showed up to my location, because if he did, he should have left a door tag on the door proving that he attempted delivery and that no one was at home. However, everyone was at home, waiting for the package. Also the security cameras did not show he was came to my location.By claiming that he has already tried to come to deliver the package, the delivery guy is cheating the money from the company, because he can come the next day again and earn one time the delivery stops fee again.This is not the first time this type of incident has happened before. I am getting tire of calling customer service every time and never improving.Hopefully this will make some changes.
