Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. My car had a part that was damaged which we didn’t know about during replacement of my breaks and rotors and they stayed late to have the part brought to the store to fix it since I had to be to work early the next day. Very grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

I came in for a rear noise issue, and they replaced the rear shocks. After a few days, a new noise appeared. Another mechanic told me the old shock bushings had been reused. I went back to Firestone, and they agreed to replace the bushings without extra labor, but the process took two days due to wrong parts being ordered. The issue is finally resolved, but overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t come back.

Had an appointment scheduled at 11 AM online. Waited there and told them I needed to be out by 1:30 PM. They said it would be perfectly fine. My car was NOT worked on until 12:30 PM a whole hour and a half after my scheduled time, and only started because I complained and reminded them I needed to go. Car was not finished until 2:00 PM, this affected my subsequent doctor appointments after. Appointments should be kept and started in a timely manner.

Wouldn't honor online pricing for an alignment made via their own website. They claimed that it was so that they could pay their mechanics fairly, which is understandable, so they gave me a quote they thought was reasonable... Hundreds of dollars more than other shops in the area.

Ended up here in the middle of the night waiting on the shop to open...
When it did I was greeted with a smile and
"Are you okay, don't worry we are gonna take care of this right away!"
Roberto exclaims with a smile on his face as he turns the key and unlocks the shop for the day.
Hadn't even turn on the lights before making sure I knew everything was gonna be alright!
As you can see from the pictures I was non-opperable "Peety Polestar" was out of commission and I need to be across the bay to take a midterm in 5 hours.
Problem:
We don't have 4 tires for you at the moment I just looked it up.
But... I did place the order and the are on expedited delivery from Hayward now.
But there is a protest on the bridge...
Long story short
ROBERTO AND THE FIRESTONE TEAM.
Worked like a formula 1 pit crew...
4 pneumatic impact drivers and wrenches going at once...
pfffft, raaaaananana, pang paaaaang broooom paaaapaaapaaah
Old tires off..
New tires on...

I have purchased my tires are this location and have had inconsistent service. Last week my car tires deflated as I was at a service station trying to inflate them! I work in Oakland so I was very worried about the low tires and drove into the store. I was lucky to run into Roberto who was so helpful. He has a great smile and calming presence and he and his team quickly helped me and I was on my way in mins! I live in the area and he said anytime I need or want I can return. And I plan to do just that! Especially when and if I need any new tires!

Robert, manager at 1501 mission st location has a terrible attitude and has absolutely no customer service skills. My car was in an accident and i got it dropped off there, and I needed to wait for insurance to get an estimate on the car damage, Robert kept pressuring me to get the car taken out or have them work on it, even though it is i who recently got into the accident am already stressed enough. Repeatedly Robert said we dont do insurance claims here. Like what? Thats BOGUS in the state of california you are allowed to take your car for repairs anywhere. Then he yells at my insurance agent as well when she just asked him questions. I understand it is frustrating keeping my car for a longer than normal period of time due to being a small shop. But cant you have some customer service manners? Then this man has the audacity to said Good luck buddy, take care. All while my car has not been repaired because they denied it cuz insurance. I will be advising everyone i know to not go here
