I used Fix Auto for the first time this week for a damaged bumper and it was a great experience. The estimate, and repairs were done quickly, and the guys were efficient, friendly, and easy to deal with. I wish I had known about them years ago.

The bumper paint looks amateurish at the borders or edges of the bumper. The bumper looks like a cheap paint job.

The guys at Fix Auto are outstanding! They explain everything to you, they work directly with your insurance company, State Farm in my case, and they even help with the rental car on both ends. My friend used them for his Honda Passport repairs so I used them for my Toyota Avalon repairs. Excellent work and awesome professionalism!

My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.
