Really disgusting,
I want to exchange with one smaller size of Nike shoes after 5 min of purchase. But the manager refuse to exchange and very bad response to customer. Strongly not recommended this Foot locker store.

I came to make an order of a pair of shoes and they made a mistake on the order (color was wrong), they told me they couldn’t do anything about it until they receive the shoes, thing is that I only stayed in SF for a few days. They made a mistake and couldn’t help. Bad costumer service.

This morning I had a bad experience in this Footlocker Store. I wanted to buy a T-shirt and try it on, but the shop assistant told me that the fitting rooms are occupied today. He just said I can still strip naked and try it on in the store. What the hell....? Bad service on offer!

The only reason I came to the footlocker was for a pair of tennis shoes.I was at ROSS at fourth and market Street in San Francisco and there were 350 people waiting in line to pay. There were only four registers open. They have 25 registers there.I handed the shoes to the manager and told them to learn how to manage their store, open up more cash register lines when you have this many people in line.Went to footlocker, the people working there were great. They only have two registers, but they were both open.For my shoe needs, I will always go to footlocker, and I will never set foot in the Ross store at fourth and market streets in San Francisco ever again.
