DO NOT GO HERE!I wish I knew what I knew now. The workers here do not know what they are doing. I brought my phone to get the battery replaced, but once I came back to pick up my phone, my screen stopped working. Thinking they would honor there agreement, I had them replace the screen too, only to then find that they broke my ear piece. Worst store ever, had to go to a different shop to get everything fixed and these guys will not admit guilt or refund my money. Go here at your own risk!

Bit expensive ($130) for battery replacement, compared to Apple’s $89, but did well.

These guys bought a stolen phone from a thief that robbed me in the Bay Area and had no issues doing that. They didn't bother reaching out to me or the police to report anything as they simply don't care. Don't take your phone there. They won't fix your phone and they're not honest. If you need confirmation of this, talk to SFPD and they can tell you how shady this place is.

Do not get your phone repaired here. My phone worked fine but needed a new charging port. When they replaced it, it won't stay on anyone and keeps restarting. This did not happen before and they did not offer to give a refund. Now I need a whole new phone.

My daughter broke her iPad screen during her spring break in April. She was using the iPad with the cracked screen for over a month with no bright lights on the screen or charging issues. The only issue she experienced was a cracked screen. Brought the iPad here to replace a cracked screen. First time I picked it up they didn't even check it to see if it was working and just handed it back to me. Screen was not sensitive to touch. There was no apparent bright light in the corner or charging issues first time I came to pick it up. I told them that it's not working. They told me they're going to open it up to check the connectors. I'm surprised they sent me off with a screen that wasn't working and they did no quality control. I pick up the ipad the next day. Was told screen is working but there could be charging issues or led issues. I saw a bright light in one corner of the ipad and the battery was on low battery mode and turning off. They proposed to fix it at additional cost. I told him the only issue when I left the other day was the cracked screen. My daughter used the iPad for over a month cracked and it was charging properly and no bright light in the corner. I said no to further repairs and I take it home to discuss with my family. We decided we need a refund, trash the ipad, and buy a new one with the repair $. I go in the next day with my husband and daughter. This time the manager is there and I ask for a refund. I'm doing the talking and explaining the ipad had no light in the corner or battery issues before we came in. First time I tried to pick up the iPad the screen was not working. Surprised there was no simple test done just by one swipe of the finger. I kept getting interrupted telling me I don't know how it works since they don't touch the led or battery when repairing the screen so they couldn't possibly have damaged the iPad and the impact of the drop must have been very hard. I was raising my voice a bit because I wanted to finish talking. I explained the ipad had been used cracked for 1-2 months with no charging issues or light in the corner issues and this only happened after the repair and right now it's unusable so I'd like a refund. They repeated again same thing about not touching inside of iPad. My husband steps in and things become heated. He did use the f word and the word scamming as both of us know that the ipad had no battery issues or led issues since all 3 of us had used the iPad in the over 1 month when it was cracked. While my husband did use some foul language and the guy told us it was a disgrace he used that in front of my daughter they started using f word multiple times at us and things became very heated. They said no to refund and finally I said you can have your screen back if you give me a refund and they agreed. Things were not very calm after that and it seemed we may get into another argument. I finally just said let's step outside. The employee was like you want us to step outside which I think they thought meant fight. I said I meant the 3 of us step outside meaning my husband, child, and myself which we did while waiting for the screen to be removed.When it was done the employee called me inside and showed me what he meant by they didn't touch the battery or led light. I just said thanks and left. They did open the ipad I was told to look at the connectors so it could have been damaged then or because the screen was not working when they replaced it could have put further impact on the led light & battery. I think they would have happier customers if:1) they took a look at the item they are fixing first and assess any other issues the item may have and inform the customer. Customer less likely to blame them on damages if they point it out before repairs. 2) did some quality control and test if the item is working properly before giving the item back to the customer and if that point notice there are issues such as led not working properly or battery not charging let the customer know 3) not point out i

I was in need to repair my iPhone 12 Pro screen, it got a green line on the left side of the screen, and it cant turn on sometimes after I accidentally dropped it. I was in need to get it fixed, and Apple store took long time and more expensive to do, so I decided to bring it in to Gadget World. The staff was really nice and helpful, and offered me a great price, and fixed it for me with 30 minutes. It works like brand new now. I am very pleased with the services. I will come again if I have any cell phone needs.

Trash. Waste of time . You're better off getting your phone replaced by Apple or your carrier because this doesn't work well using third party providers. I came in last night and paid 140 to get my back glass fixed on my phone , less than 24 hours later it's broken again. I went into the store to see if they would help me since it's been less than a day. The worker mentioned that I may have dropped it or broke it on purpose.... asked me why im crying ... even though it's simply unfair. The products are cheap and it shows , the phone literally cracked on its own less than a day later. Do not shop here they only want your money.In response to the business owners comment below. I bought a case from you along with getting my phone fixed... how does a phone break with a case on it???

Honest workers here. Got my charging port replaced and after that my microphone was having an issue. I told the guys what happened and they took accountability and made an additional repair for free no fuss. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back!

My iphone lense broke. Apple Store quoted $600+ for glass replacement. Gadget Repair in Stonestown fixed the issue for less than $50 in 30 minutes. Great deal and excellent service!

This guys do great work here, especially Alex! He was honest and very friendly. He didn't make me wait at all, my phone was ready before the expected time. You're the best!!! I will never take my phone anywhere else to get it fixed. They use only original parts. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
