  I stopped by GNC today during my visit at SF. we have welcomed with smile, Consultant was Abdenasser, he is well equipped with all knowledge around products. He explained me well about the differences between two suppliments which I was undecided around which one covers my need. He informed me about GNC offers and answered my questions with details. Really appreciated overall experience. Thanks GNC to have good products and team members!

  The website is infuriating. I have been trying today (1/13/24) to order 4 items since 9:30 am (it is now 6:30 pm) each time, it either adds multiple quantities, kicks me out of the system, can't accept my payments or just says "error" and tells me to log back in. This is so ridiculous. I will buy from Amazon or bodybuilding.com, I really can't believe how difficult it was to place an order, they just cost themselves a sale. The "contact us" feature is useless as well, as it is a bot that just says it "doesn't understand" what you are trying to ask it about. This is why this company is in the damn shape it's in. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Seriously, what the hell?

  The old lady hawking other customers and us as if they were stealing all the time. I would leave 0 stars. Definitely not coming back. I understand some people steals but you cannot make every costumer feel like one and unwelcome

  So I had never ordered anything from GNC. Only because I put most of my trust on bigger companies to guarantee the product and the delivery of my product.But I decided to order directly from them this time around, because I found the product I was looking for at a cheaper price.Fast forward a few days, I receive a package at my door. Open the package up and there was only bubble wrap and papers inside the package.I emailed and called gnc to complain. Someone at gnc informed me that they would be reshipping my order.A couple days later, I received an email informing me that they would not be reshipping my order. The explanation was that an “investigation” was made. And the result was that a package was delivered. And I should either ask my neighbors or call the police. To report a stolen package.My question was, why the hell would any one open my package at my front door and take what’s inside, re-seal the package and leave it at my doorstep??After calling gnc to protest this decision, they confirmed the same explanation. I asked to be transferred or to be given the contact info for corporate. They had the nerve to tell me that they ARE corporate and that the decision was final.So any way, I will be calling my bank to have them refund my money. And I will NEVER order anything coming from GNC again. And I hope no one else does either. Because If there is an issue, they leave you for dead. Thanks a lot GNC. Deeply disappointed in your business tactics.

  The old lady knows nothing about protein and kept getting me to sign a membership when i clearly said no multiple times. She is very unprofessional and was hawking other customers as if they were stealing. I would leave 0 stars. Definitely not coming back

  I came in for a few supplements. Their multi-vitamins were on sale so I decided to try them. The woman helping me was nice and friendly kept telling me she would give me "the best deal" my vitamins were very affordable and she did apply additional discounts on top of the already great sales price. A few weeks later I realized that the reason why I had "the best deal" was because she has signed me up for a subscription and the vitamins were going to be shipped out to me every 90 days. This is not ok! This may even be illegal! I don't think it's ok for someone to get signed up for a subscription without their consent. If it weren't for the fact that I received an email there is no way I would have known. I'm not sure if this was intentional or if she genuinely didn't realize what she was doing. Regardless, this was very disappointing and I hope there is better communication in the future to avoid this from ever happening to anyone.

  Poorly trained employees whom take forever to process a simple transaction. Two cashiers working the front still managed to take over 15 mins to process one transaction. The worst part was despite knowing there is a line they still were chatting about other their day over helping customers.

  The manger was very rude and treated me terribly and other employees as well from the minute I walked in had a rude town and was very aggressive.
