One of my favorite goodwills in SF. The staff are always super efficient, and pretty nice. There are a lot of regular customers that go shopping here just for fun, and they usually like striking up a conversation while they try on some clothes in front of the mirror. The only con is that there are no dressing rooms. I get it though. It lowers the chance of theft and drug use.

With this location I thought it would be much bigger and more selection. It was very busy so I assume they sell a lot. Prices were high and I didn’t have a lot of selections. I did get a cute wind breaker.

The most expensive Goodwill store I have ever been in.

I recently revisited this goodwill . I think they are trying to improve their customer service. I can tell they try their best . But they are only human . It's well stocked . You need to check everyday for fun new items . The customers are as crazy and unpredictable as humans can be . But that's the way it is . Goodwill workers have very little control over that . But I would definitely come again . It's very entertaining !

The clothing selection is ok, but everything else is terrible. The selection of items is rough, and everything is absurdly overpriced. Most of it is literal garbage. If you want to overpay for 20 year old e-waste or pre-owned housewares, this is the place.

Not that great of prices or selection, but isn't that most thrifts these days? I found a shoe shine kit and that's what's important for my shoe shine side hustle.

This a great store! I found a really nice jean jacket basically new for under $20. Fairly busy due to its location.

The signs outside said you could still donate clothes here, went inside to try to donate but couldn’t get ahold of any employee. I politely asked an employee who was outside if they took donations or if there was anywhere else I could donate and he blew smoke from his cigarette in my face and told me to just leave it on the street. I understand now they do not do donations anymore but there was no need to blow cigarette smoke in my face or talk to me that way :(

They have many brand-name clothes in good condition and reasonable priced. Too bad the fitting rooms are closed now.

I picked up a brand new pair of knee high boots that actually fit my big ole calves?and I only paid $13. This is awesome for a new never worn pair of boots, however, I feel that Goodwill generally overpriced their merchandise. Let's remember folks. The merch is donated and it's supposed to be helping the most vulnerable with job stuff plus an affordable place to shop but I feel that a lot of the items are priced too high. For example, I once saw a pair of leggings from Target and Goodwill had the bottoms priced higher than the Target sales price, c'mon guys. poverty level folks see Goodwill as mostly inaccessible due to high price.
